FAQ

a. Can I replace the matrix to use a different type of container?
Yes. Replacing the matrix is easy. Remove the existing matrix and insert a new one.
ATTENTION! Be careful not to burn yourself on the surface of the hot heating plate.
b. Can I use the same matrix for different shapes of containers?
Yes, however, this is only possible if the container has one compartment and the length and width of the different containers are exactly the same. If there are any divisions in this area, they will not be welded.
c. Where can I order a new matrix?
Contact your distributor
d. Can I order custom design containers?
Yes, but the quantity ordered must be very large. The cost of making a matrix and a frame for an atypical container must be economically justified.
e. Is it possible to use larger capacity containers?
Yes, please contact your distributor.
