Safety instructions

· Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was de-

signed for, as described in this manual.

· The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by in-

correct operation and improper use.

DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not attempt

to repair the appliance by yourself. Do not immerse

the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.

Never hold the appliance under running water.

· Make sure that the appliance is not installed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan of the appliance will absorb

these vapours, causing the appliance to accumulate grease

or moisture. This may result in a short circuit in the appli-

ance. Clean the grease filter regularly.

· Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during oper-

ation as this may damage the cookware and result in serious

damage to the appliance.

· IMPORTANT! Always ensure that the high quality filter at the

bottom isn’t blocked. Check it before operation and when

needed, clean it.

Intended use
· This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hospital and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
· This appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.
· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use
· Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the device. · Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning & Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface that is safe against water splashes. · Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in the future. · Keep the user manual for future reference. NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Operating instructions
· Place a suitable cookware at the center of the heating surface of the appliance. (See ==> Suitable cooking equipment)
· Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may damage the cookware.
· Connect the internal wires of the power cord to a suitable electrical supply outlet. (See ==> Power supply line connection)
· Operation light stays off when the line indicator of the knob and”0″ the panel are aligned. Power level from 1-11 can be adjusted by turning clockwise and the green light on.
· The appliance will shut down automatically if there is no operation detected after 4 hours.
· Overheat protection is included for the appliance. The heating function will be terminated if the temperature of the pot or plate is too high, or the display light will flash. In this case, turn the knob anti-clockwise to “0” on the panel and wait for several minutes to cool down. The appliance will resume to normal operation again.

Cleaning & maintenance

· If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a dangerous situation.
· Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous condition during use.
Cleaning · Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge
slightly dampened with a mild soap solution. · For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned be-
fore and after use. · Avoid water contacting the electrical components. · Clean the inside of container with a non-abrasive detergent
and rinse with clean water. · Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. · Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or
cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool, metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for cleaning. Do not use petrol or solvents! · No parts are dishwasher safe.
Maintenance · Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent se-
rious accidents. · If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that
there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact the supplier. · All maintenance, installation and repair work must be carried out by specialised and authorised technicians, or recommended by the manufacturer.
Transportation and Storage · Before storage, always make sure that the appliance has
been disconnected from the power supply and completely cooled down. · Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place. · Never place heavy objects on the appliance as this could damage it. · Do not move the appliance while it is under operation. Disconnect the appliance from power supply when moving and hold it at the bottom. · Special care must be taken when moving or transporting the machine due to its heavy weight. Installation der Erdung
Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss an eine Schutzerde angeschlossen werden. Bedienungsanleitung
· Stellen Sie ein geeignetes Kochgeschirr in die Mitte der Heizfläche des Geräts. (siehe ==> Geeignete Kochgeräte)
DE · Hinweis: Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf, da dies das Kochgeschirr beschädigen kann.
· Schließen Sie die internen Drähte des Netzkabels an eine geeignete Steckdose an. (siehe ==> Netzanschluss)
· Die Betriebsleuchte leuchtet nicht, wenn die Linienanzeige des Knopfes und die 0-Zoll-Anzeige des Bedienfelds ausgerichtet sind. Die Leistungsstufe von 1 bis 11 kann durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn und Einschalten der grünen Lampe eingestellt werden.
· Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch ab, wenn nach 4 Stunden kein Betrieb erkannt wird.
· Der Überhitzungsschutz des Geräts ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Ofenfunktion wird beendet, wenn die Temperatur des Topfes oder der Platte zu hoch ist oder die Anzeigeleuchte blinkt. Drehen Sie in diesem Fall den Knopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf ,,0″ auf dem Bedienfeld und warten Sie einige Minuten, bis er abgekühlt ist. Das Gerät nimmt wieder den normalen Betrieb auf.

· AANDACHT! De voedingskabels moeten worden aangeslo-

Beoogd gebruik

· Dit apparaat is ontworpen voor het koken van een verscheidenheid aan gerechten door het verwarmen van het geschikte kookgerei. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of persoonlijk letsel.
· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als misbruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is als enige aansprakelijk voor onjuist gebruik van het apparaat.
Aarding installatie
Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een beschermende aarding. Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom te leveren.

Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met aardingsstekker of elektrische aansluitingen met aardingsdraad. De aansluitingen moeten correct worden geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Voorbereiding voor gebruik
· Verwijder alle beschermende verpakkingen en wikkels. · Controleer of het apparaat in goede staat verkeert en alle
accessoires heeft. Neem in geval van onvolledige of beschadigde levering onmiddellijk contact op met de leverancier. Gebruik het apparaat in dit geval niet. · Reinig de accessoires en het apparaat voor gebruik (zie ==> Reiniging en onderhoud). · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is. · Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak dat veilig is tegen waterspatten. · Bewaar de verpakking als u van plan bent uw apparaat in de toekomst op te bergen. · Bewaar de gebruikershandleiding voor toekomstig gebruik. OPMERKING! Vanwege productieresten kan het apparaat tijdens de eerste paar keer gebruik een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat goed geventileerd is.
Bedieningsinstructies
· Plaats een geschikt kookgerei in het midden van het verwarmingsoppervlak van het apparaat. (zie ==> Geschikte kookapparatuur)
· Opmerking: Plaats geen leeg kookgerei, omdat dit het kookgerei kan beschadigen.
· Sluit de interne draden van het netsnoer aan op een geschikt stopcontact. (zie ==> Aansluiting van de voedingskabel)
· Het bedieningslampje blijft uit als het lijnlampje van de knop en”0″ op het paneel zijn uitgelijnd. Het vermogensniveau van 1-11 kan worden aangepast door rechtsom te draaien en het groene lampje aan te zetten.
· Het apparaat wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld als er na 4

uur geen werking wordt gedetecteerd. · Oververhittingsbescherming is inbegrepen voor het apparaat.
De verwarmingsfunctie wordt beëindigd als de temperatuur van de pan of plaat te hoog is, of als het displaylampje gaat knipperen. Draai in dit geval de knop linksom naar “0” op het paneel en wacht enkele minuten om af te koelen. Het appa- NL raat gaat weer normaal werken.

Reiniging en onderhoud
· AANDACHT! Koppel het apparaat altijd los van de voeding en koel het af voordat u het opbergt, reinigt en onderhoudt.
· Gebruik geen waterstraal of stoomreiniger voor het reinigen en duw het apparaat niet onder water, omdat de onderdelen nat worden en er een elektrische schok kan ontstaan.
· Als het apparaat niet in een goede staat van reiniging wordt gehouden, kan dit een negatieve invloed hebben op de levensduur 0van het apparaat en leiden tot een gevaarlijke situatie.
· Voedselresten moeten regelmatig worden gereinigd en uit het apparaat worden verwijderd. Als het apparaat niet goed wordt gereinigd, verkort dit de levensduur en kan dit leiden tot een gevaarlijke situatie tijdens het gebruik.

Reiniging · Reinig het gekoelde buitenoppervlak met een doek of spons
die licht bevochtigd is met een milde zeepoplossing. · Om redenen van hygiëne moet het apparaat voor en na ge-
bruik worden gereinigd. · Vermijd contact van water met de elektrische componenten. · Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen. · Gebruik nooit agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen
of reinigingsmiddelen die chloor bevatten. Gebruik voor het reinigen geen staalwol, metalen keukengerei of scherpe of puntige voorwerpen. Gebruik geen benzine of oplosmiddelen! · Geen enkel onderdeel is vaatwasmachinebestendig.

Onderhoud

· Controleer regelmatig de werking van het apparaat om ern-

stige ongevallen te voorkomen.

· Als u ziet dat het apparaat niet goed werkt of dat er een pro-

bleem is, stop dan met het gebruik, schakel het uit en neem

Installation de mise à la terre

Préparation avant utilisation
· Retirez tous les emballages et emballages de protection. · Vérifiez que l’appareil est en bon état et avec tous les ac-

· Conserver le manuel d’utilisation pour référence ultérieure. NOTE! En raison des résidus de fabrication, l’appareil peut émettre une légère odeur lors des premières utilisations. Cela est normal et n’indique aucun défaut ou danger. Assurez-vous que l’appareil est bien ventilé.

Mode d’emploi
· Placez un récipient approprié au centre de la surface de cuisFR son de l’appareil. (voir ==> Équipement de cuisson adapté)
· Remarque: Ne placez pas d’ustensiles de cuisson vides, car cela pourrait l’endommager.
· Branchez les fils internes du cordon d’alimentation à une prise d’alimentation électrique appropriée. (voir ==> Connexion de la ligne d’alimentation)
· Le voyant de fonctionnement reste éteint lorsque l’indicateur de ligne du bouton et le « 0 » du panneau sont alignés. Le niveau de puissance de 1 à 11 peut être réglé en tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre et le voyant vert allumé.
· L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement si aucune opération n’est détectée au bout de 4 heures.
· Une protection contre la surchauffe est incluse pour l’appareil. Le mode de cuisson est interrompu si la température du récipient ou de la plaque est trop élevée ou si le voyant clignote. Dans ce cas, tournez le bouton dans le sens antihoraire sur « 0 » sur le panneau et attendez plusieurs minutes pour refroidir. L’appareil reprendra son fonctionnement normal.

Preparazione prima dell’uso

Istruzioni operative

· Collegare i fili interni del cavo di alimentazione a una presa di alimentazione elettrica adeguata. (vedere ==> Collegamento della linea di alimentazione)
· La spia di funzionamento rimane spenta quando l’indicatore di linea della manopola e “0” del pannello sono allineati. Il livello di potenza da 1 a 11 può essere regolato ruotando in senso orario e accendendo la spia verde.
· L’apparecchiatura si spegne automaticamente se non viene rilevato alcun funzionamento dopo 4 ore.
· La protezione contro il surriscaldamento è inclusa per l’apparecchiatura. La funzione di riscaldamento verrà interrotta se la temperatura del contenitore o della piastra è troppo alta o se la spia del display lampeggia.
