What to do about a warranty issue
If you have a problem with your Google Fi phone that you think should be covered by the warranty, we’re ready to help.
If you bought your phone through Google Fi,contact a Google Fi expert to find out more about a refund, replacement, or repair. Learn more about how to get your Pixel phone repaired.
If you bought your phone from the Google Store but not through Google Fi, you can contact Google Store support directly at 855-836-3987 or request a call and someone will call you shortly.
If you didn’t buy your phone through Google Fi or the Google Store, you might be covered by your phone manufacturer’s limited warranty. Contact your phone’s manufacturer.
Tip: If you bought the phone through Google Fi and it’s been 15 days or less since you received it, you can easily return the phone for a refund whether it’s defective or not.
Phone issues that may be covered under warranty
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your phone:
- Doesn’t charge properly
- Won’t turn on
- Freezes often
- Has microphone, speaker, or button issues
- Has trouble connecting to Internet or cellular network
