BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
Common issues of malfunction are ,caused by voltage incompatibility.
Make sure you use only the included attachments.
Other issues can be resolved by doing the steps below:

Unit does not cool as advertised.| The machine can cool / chill contents from
approximately 18-25 ºC below ambient temperature.| Check if the unit is less
than the machine’s capacity. If it is significantly less, contact the Customer
Support.
Unit is not turning on
Lights are off.| Power cord is not tightly plugged in.
Damaged power cord or power connection failure.
Defective power socket.| Try another working outlet.
Make sure the connections are properly plugged in.
Faulty power cord:
If the AC power adapter is not working try the included DC power cord (car
adapter) or vice versa.
