User Manual
The TWS Airdopes 433 come equipped with 7mm drivers for immersive sound. The latest Bluetooth v5.0 offers seamless instant connectivity. With a battery capacity of 40mAh for each earbud, indulge in a blissful audio experience for up to 3.5 hours in a go. It is IPX4 rated to offer resistance against sweat and water scares.

Charging
How can I charge the earbuds?
- To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their correct orientation.
- A Red LED will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once Fully charged, the LED indicator turns off.
Note: Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and also keep the charging case’s lid closed while charging.
How to charge the case?
Step 1: To charge the case, plug one end of the Type-C cable into the
case and connect the other end to a computer or a wall adapter.
Step 2: Orange LED indicates that the charging case is being charged.
Once the charging case gets fully charged, the LED will turn green.
Note: The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.
What to do if the charging case is not charging?
- Check if the stickers on the charging points of the ear pods are removed or not. If not then it is to be removed and the ear pods will start charging once put inside the charging case.
- Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use other charging cable and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V as that will damage the case. The LED lights located on the charging case indicate the battery status of the case.
What to do if the earbuds are not charging?
- Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds.
- Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, and a white light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.
- Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector place on the earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the earbuds again.
- After cleaning, put the left earbud into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.
- After cleaning, put the right earbud into the case in desired orientation and close the lid.
- Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will go off.
What to do if the earbuds are not charging while inside the charging case even when the case is charged?
- Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no obstruction.
- Check if the charging pin of the earbuds are clear and there is no obstruction.
- Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and they have been properly inserted inside the case.
- Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it cotton swabs with alcohol.
Device Controls
How to Power ON/OFF Airdopes 433?
Power ON: There are two ways to switch ON the ear buds:
- To automatically switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply take them out from the charging case.
- To manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On). OR Long touch the MFB for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash in blue.
- Both the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbiud with enter in to connection mode indicated by alternate Red and Blue LED flashes.
Power OFF: There are two ways to switch OFF the ear buds:
Smart Power Off:
Step1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.
Step2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct
orientation.
Step3: The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter into charging
mode).
Manual Power Off:
Step1: Long touch the MFB on both earbud for 5 seconds until the LED
flashes Red in order to manually power off the earbuds.
Step2: Once the earbuds get turned off, place them back inside the case
and close the lid.
How to factory reset my earbud?
Step 1: Take the earbuds out from the case and long press the MFB on both
earbuds for up to 15 seconds. Blue KED flashes twice on both earbuds (ignore
other LED indicators during these 15 seconds) to indicate factory reset.
Step 2: Keep the earbuds back inside the case in their correct
orientation, the red LED turns solid which indicates charging.
“ Congratulations! Your Airdopes 433 has been Reset.”
Below are the cases where factory reset may be helpful
- One earbud is not working
- Earbuds are not getting connected or scanned
- Earbuds gets disconnected during a phone call
- If there are exceptions in usage
How can I use a single earbud (Mono mode) at a time?
Step 1: Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use
either of the two options; Smart Power ON or Manual Power ON for switching ON
the desired earbud.
Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode
indicated by alternating Red and Blue LED flashes.
Step 3 : Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for
‘Airdopes 433’ to connect.
Note: To switch to Stereo mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage. You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode.
How to pair both the earbuds (Stereo mode)?
Step 1: Switch ON the earbuds; a blue light will flash to confirm that
they have been switched ON. Both earbud’s will pair with one another
automatically.
Step 2: The earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by
alternating Green LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device
and scan.
Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 433′ and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’ as
the passkey if asked. Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected
successfully via Bluetooth.
How to activate Voice Assistant?
Long touch the MFB on either earbud for 2 seconds to activate the voice
assistant.
How to answer/end calls?
Single tap the MFB on either earbud to answer an incoming call and once again
to hang up an ongoing call.
How to reject calls?
Long touch the MFB for 2 seconds to reject incoming calls.
How to play/pause music?
Single tap the left/right MFB once to play or pause a song.
How to change tracks?
Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right MFB to skip to the
next song.
Previous Track: When playing music, double tap the left MFB to return to
the previous song.
Poor Sound Quality
What to do if the sound is distorted/low volume/low bass/low quality?
- Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.
- Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.
- Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.
- Check the sound on different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.
- Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.
- Check if the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
- heck if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to restore the original sound.
What to do if the sound output is muffled?
- Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.

Bluetooth Connectivity
What to do if the device is not connecting via Bluetooth?
- Check if the device is in pairing mode and indicating that by alternating green and red LED flashes on either earbud.
- Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if there are any obstructions in between.
- Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections or not.
- Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000 / 1234.
- Check if the device being connected to does have any software issues or not – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software, if it still does not work try factory resetting the device.
What to do if the device is not entering stereo mode/stuck in mono?
- Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by light blue LED flashes.
- If one of them fails to smart power on, to manually switch the earbuds on (Manual Power On), long touch the MFB for 3 seconds on both Left and Right earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash in red and white colours.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again. Check if it connects automatically.
- Check and see if hard resetting the device work as desired or not.
- Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.
What to do if the device occasionally disconnects/ the right earbud keeps disconnecting?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.
- Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.
- Try factory-resetting the device.
Why is one side of my earbud not working?
Simply the earbuds back in to the case and take them out or perform the
factory reset.
Dysfunctional Voice Assistant
What to do if the voice assistant does not wake up?
- Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri should be enabled to use this feature from your device.
- Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the MFB for 2 seconds and release, this should allow Google
- Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media screen of the device.Though under some circumstance, this feature may or may not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.

What to do if the device does not turn ON?
- Check to see if the device has been properly charged first or not. A blue light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.
- Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.
- Check by switching the earbuds on manually, press and hold the capacitive touch control for 2 seconds until the LED begins to flash in blue.
- Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
- Check if the charging pins of the case and earbuds have some dirt accumulation or corrosion and clean them with alcohol swab and then put them back in the case for charge and the earbuds should start charging.
What to do if the in-built controls (MFB) of the device are not working?
- Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
- Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players
- Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards.
- Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil or sweat and the touch control should start working.
Instant Pairing
What to do if Insta Wake & Pair (IWP) is not working for my Airdopes?
- Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device you are trying to use IWP with before.
- Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the Airdopes in the list of paired devices.
- Try factory-resetting the device.
- Check if your Airdopes battery case has battery in it to have IWP functioning.
Microphone Functionality
What to do if the voice is muffled during calls/the microphone has muffled input?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Check if dust or ear wax as accumulated near or inside the microphone port, there is no blockage on the microphone.
- Check if sweat or water has gone inside the microphone.
- Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.
What to do if a problem related to any functionality occurs in Airdopes?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Place the earbud’s in the charging case and then try using them again.
- Try factory-resetting the device.

What is Insta Wake N’ Pair (IWP) technology?
Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have
already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need to take them out of the case first.
How to enable IWP for my earbuds?
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair
your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP
tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to
your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media
device.
Does the Airdopes 433 support aptX codec by Qualcomm?
No. Airdopes 433 does not support aptX codec by Qualcomm.
Does my Airdopes 433 have CVC technology by Qualcomm?
No. Airdopes 433 does not support CVC technology.
Does Airdopes 433 support Fast Charging?
No. Airdopes 433 does not support Fast Charging.
What is the battery capacity of Airdopes 433? How long does it take to
charge the case?
The battery capacity of Airdopes 433 is 43mAh for each earbud and the charging
case has a battery capacity of 500mAh. The earbuds take around 1.5H to fully
charge.
How long does boAt Airdopes 433 last on a single charge?
Airdopes 433 wireless earbuds offer battery backup of up to 3.5 hours on a
single charge. They also give a total playback time of 10 hours along with the
charging case.
Can I use any adapter to charge my device?
Yes, you can use any adapter to charge your Airdopes 433 Charging case.
