IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
a) Read all instructions.
b) To protect against the risk of electrical shock do not put the main body of
the appliance in water or other liquid.
c) This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning the
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
d) Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before
assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the
plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
e) Avoid contacting moving parts.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from
beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, or damage to
the mixer.
Never feed food by hand. Always use a food pusher.
f) Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the
manufacturer at their customer service telephone number for information on
examination, repair, or adjustment.
g) The use of attachments, including canning jars, is not recommended by the
manufacturer and may cause a risk of injury to persons.
h) Do not use outdoors.
i) Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter.
j) Remove the beaters from the mixer before washing.
k) Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the
risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be
used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
l) Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
m) To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on the
base without the jar properly attached.
n) Always operate the blender with the cover in place.
o) When blending hot liquids, remove the centerpiece of the two-piece cover.
p) Container must be properly in place before operating the appliance.
q) Keep hands and utensils, other than the provided tamper, out of the
container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or
damage to the blender. The cover must remain in place when using the tamper
through the cover opening. A scraper may be used but must be used only when
the blender is not running.
r) Do not use your fingers to scrape food away from the discharge disc while
the appliance is operating. Cut-type injury may result.
s) Household use only.
t) This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way.

- Please read through the information and safety advice contained in these operating instructions carefully and thoroughly before you use the stand mixer for the first time.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Volts: 120VAC 60Hz 550W
The wattage rating for your stand mixer is printed on a tag under the mixer
base. It is also listed on the trim band. If the power cord is too short, have
a qualified electrician or serviceman install an outlet near the appliance.
The maximum rating is based on the attachment that draws the greatest load
(power). Other recommended attachments may draw significantly less power.

WARNING
- Do not scrape the bowl while the stand mixer is operating.
- The bowl and beater are designed to provide thorough mixing without frequent scraping. Scraping the bowl once or twice during mixing is usually sufficient.
- Turn the stand mixer off before scraping.
- The stand mixer may warm up during use. Under heavy load with extended mixing time, you may not be able to comfortably touch the top of the stand mixer. This is normal.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Bowl capacity: 5.2 liters
- KB time: 10 Minutes (Never use this appliance constantly for more than 10 minutes!)
BEFORE FIRST USE
All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used
for the first time (see section: Cleaning).
Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the base of the
blender and connect the device to the wall outlet.
TRIAL USE
Disengage the locking switch, then lift the machine arm.
Put the mixing bowl onto the base and lock it as the arrowhead notates.
Fix the splash cover onto the mixing blade, then lock the blade into the
machine.
Engage the locking switch, then push the upper cover down as well as the arm.
Make sure the arm is fixed together with the base, then rotate the locking
switch up to solidly lock the arm.
Plug in the cord, and turn the switch slowly from speed ”1” to speed ”8” (try
every speed for a few seconds).
After the trial, turn the switch to “OFF”.
Turn the locking switch and lift the arm, then take apart the mixing blade
from the blade connector and try again.
OPERATION GUIDE
To mix or Knead the dough:
- Suggestion flour and water ratio of 5:3
- Dry flour max: 800g
- Dough max: 1.2KG
- Use speed 1 to mix for 1 minute then use speed 2 to mix for 4 minutes for making dough.
- When filling the food in the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum quantity is not exceeded.
- The dough blade or mixing blade should be used.
Whisking egg whites or cream
- Switch on speed 6 to speed 8, and whisk the egg whites without stopping for about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs until stiff.
- Maximum quantity 20 eggs.
- Minimum quantity 3 eggs.
- For the whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speeds 6 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
- When filling the agitator kettle with fresh milk, cream, or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
- The egg beater should be used.
Mixing shakes, cocktails, or other liquids
- Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
- Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the mixing bowl.
- The mixer beater should be used.
- Maximum operating time 5 minutes.
WARNING:
USE ONLY ONE FUNCTION WITH FOOD. DO NOT USE THE 3 FUNCTIONS (Mixer,
Blender, Grinder) AT THE SAME TIME!
CLEANING
Before cleaning, please ensure that the Switch knob is in the “OFF” position
and that the plug has been disconnected from the socket.
After use, allow the appliance to cool down before you start to clean it.
To clean the exterior of the appliance, use a moist cloth and mild detergent.
When cleaning the interior and exterior and protective dust cover do not use
any abrasive detergents or alcohol.
To clean the exterior of the appliance, never submerge it in water.
The dough beater, mixer beater, and mixing bowl are not dishwasher safe. This
will damage the accessories.
The accessories must be cleaned only in warm water and standard dish soap.
The plastic accessories, mixing bowl lid, and egg beater can be cleaned with
warm water.
Manufacturer’s 1-Year Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants that all parts and components are defect-free in materials and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
- The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated.
- This limited warranty is the only written or expresses warranty given by the manufacturer. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state
Procedure for Replacement Return within the 1Year:
To return the product for replacement or refund within the 1 year, the
original purchaser must pack the product securely and send it postage paid
with a description of the reason for replacement or refund, proof of purchase,
