SILVERGEAR 3945 Silent Disco Set User Manual

What’s in the box:

• 5 rechargeable Silent Disco headphones
• 1 wireless and high quality Silent Disco transmitter
• Mini-USB charging cables for 5 headphones
• 3.5mm audio cable and adapter to RCA

Fig A:

1. CHANNEL : This switch changes the channel the transmitter is using. Press to switch between channel 1, 2, 3, etc.
   Notes : When more than two transmitters are working simultaneously, make sure each transmitter on a different channel.

2. AUDIO INPUT : Connect your mixer or audio device to the AUDIO INPUT. Notes: Blue LED lights will display when the audio is playing on the music device to show it’s connected.

3. DC-12V : Connect the power adapter here to power the transmitter.
   Notes : The light will illuminate blue when the transmitter powers on.

Getting Connected

1.  Connect to a variety of audio devices, e.g. mobile phone, tablet, or DJ equipment using the 3.5mm jack input.
2. Select from one of the available frequencies to broadcast on with the Channel Select switch.

Headphone Operation:

1. POWER/TUNE: Hold the power button for ~3 seconds to turn the headphones on and off.
   Press the power button once to change the selected channel. The LED lights will change to display the currently selected
   channel.
   Channel 1- Red
   Channel 2- Green
   Channel 3- Blue

2. VOLUME/LED: Push the volume key up or down to adjust volume.
   Press the volume switch in and hold for ~2 seconds to toggle the LED light mode. LED will toggle between always on, off and blink.

Charging The Headphone:

The rechargeable headphone has a 600mAh 3.7v Lithium Ion Battery and are rechargeable via a mini-USB connection with the supplied charging cables that fit any standard USB charger. The headphones are fully charged again within 4 hours.

Troubleshooting:

Why am I not hearing any sound from the headphone receiver(s)?

• Make sure the headphone receivers are tuned to the same channel as the transmitter.

• Double check the volume levels at: Music source
  Any sound equipment connected to the transmitter Headphone receiver(s)

• Double check the connections from the Music Source to the Audio Input.

• Ensure the internal batteries are fully charged for the headphones.
