Safety instructions

  • Do not immerse the device in water
  • Do not stand on the edge ot the scale or jump on it.
  • Make sure your teet are dry betore stepping on the scale.

Notice

  • Do not overload the scale (max 180kg/ 400lb).
  • Do not drop the device or drop objects on it. Ihis may damage the sensors.
  • Place the device on a hard, dry and flat surface.
  • For accurate measurements, gently step on the scale to wake it up and wait at least 10 seconds before weighing. Also wake up the scale to calibrate it it has been moved.
  • To ensure the most accurate results, measure each day at the same time.

Battery warnings

  • Only use 2x 1.5V AAA LR3 standard batteries.
  • Do not mix old and new, and different types of batteries.
  • Insert batteries as directed, with regards to polarity (+ and -).
  • Remove batteries before long-term storage.
  • Batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly.
  • Regularly check the batteries’ condition to avoid damage.
  • Keep batteries away trom direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humicity.

Operation

Inserting batteries

  1. Gently remove the battery cover.
  2. Insert 2x AAA standard batteries, with regards to polarity (t and -).
  3. Replace the battery cover.

Note : Incorrect polarity wil have permanent impact on electronic ports.

Using the body scale

  1. Place the scale on a hard, dry and tlat surface.
  2. Gently step onto the scale with dry teet and it will automatically turn on. Siand still tor a accurate measurement. The display will lock and flash to indicate the final weight.
  3. The scale will automatically switch off after approximately 8 seconds.

Unit conversion

You can choose between the metric (kg) and the imperial (lb) system. The unit switch is located on the bottom of the scale. When activated, press the unit switch to select the desired unit.

Error indication

  • The ‘Lo’ symbol on the display indicates that the battery power is running low Please replace the batteries.
  • The ‘Ol’ symbol indicates that the scale is over-loaded. Please step off to avoid possible damage to the device.
  • IF the Err symbol is shown as you step off the scale, it indicates that an error has occurred. Please step back onto the scale to weigh again.

Disposal

  • The crossed out wheelie bin symbol on this product is to remind you that electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please dispose of it responsibly at an approved waste or recycling facility. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.
  • Used bateries may not be disposed of in the household waste. Consumers are legally obligated to dispose of batteries at a collection point in their community/city district or at a retail store.
  • The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that batteries are disposed of in an environmentally congruent manner. Only dispose of batteries when they are fully discharged.
  • Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
