Charge

Please charge the Charging Case and earbuds before your first use.
Charging Case
Connect the Charging Case to a compatible adapter (not included) with the Type-C Cable, then plug the adapter into a socket.

Earbuds
Align the Charging Pins on the earbuds with those in the case, then place the earbuds into the case until they magnetically snap into the Charging Slots.

Close the case and the earbuds will be charged. The leftmost LED Indicator (represent Left Earbud) and the rightmost LED Indicator (represent Right Earbud) on the charging Case will ight up.

Power On

Auto Power On:
The earphones automatically turn on (with red and blue LED light flashing) and start pairing when you open the charging case.

Manual Power On:
In the shutdown status and when the earphones are not in the charging case, press and hold the MFB of earbuds for 2 seconds to power on (with red and blue LED light flashing) .

Power Off

Mode 1
Put the earphones back in the charging case and close the case to turn them off.

Mode 2
If the earphones are not in the charging case, just press and hold the MFB of the earbuds for 5 seconds to power them off.

Pairing

Open the charging case, they will automatically enter the pairing mode in which the LED light flashes red and blue alternately, and then select “VEATOOL T22”.
Note: The earbud will reconnect to the paired device by priority. If you want to pair to the second smartphone, please disconnect Bluetooth on the previous device.

Music

Volume Up/Down

• Volume +: press and hold the MFB button of Right earbud to turn up the volume increasingly.
• Volume -: press and hold the MFB button of Left eabud to turn down the volume decreasingly.

Next/Previous Track
Next Track: double touch the MFB of Right earbud. Previous Track: double touch the MFB of Left earbud.

Play/Pause
Touch the MFB of either earbud once.

Incoming Call

1. Answer/Reject: Touch the MFB of either earbud once.
2. Hang Up: Press and hold the MFB of either earbud for 2 seconds.
3. Activate/End Siri: Triple-touch the MFB of either earbud.
4. Reset/Clear pair record: Quadra-click both earbuds simultaneously or successively(The prerequisites: operate with the earphone disconnected from the device).

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
2. Do not use earbuds while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
3. Do not use earphone in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
5. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe it away.
6. If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
7. Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.
8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging or choosing Type-C cable.

Troubleshooting Guide

Q1: What should I do when the earbuds can’t be paired with my mobile device?
Reset your earbuds and pair the earbuds with your mobile device again.
Q2: What to do when the earbuds can’t be charged?
The Charging Case may run out of power. Please charge it for at least one hour, then put the earbuds into it to charge. Try to take out the earbuds and clean the Charging Pins, then put the earbuds into the Charging Case to see if the leftmost and rightmost LED Indicators on the Charging Case light up. There may be some malfunction with your Charging Case. If your Charging Case can’t charge for earbuds after many attempts, please contact us at [email protected]
Q3: What should I do if there is no sound from one earbud?
Turn off Bluetooth on the device and turn it on, then pair your earbuds with the mobile device again. For Android device, if there is no sound from one earbud after connecting, you need to check whether the phone volume is too low. If the phone volume is normal, it may be that the volume of the earbud has been turned to the minimum. Please try to adjust the volume of the earbud.
Q4: What Bluetooth device can the earbuds be connected to?
Devices with Bluetooth version over 4.2.
Q5: Can my earbuds be paired with multiple devices?
The earbuds don’t support this function currently.
Q6: Can I use one earbud at a time?
Yes. After connecting the earbuds to your mobile device, you can use them together or just use one earbud alone.
Q7: Can I activate voice assistant through my earbuds?
Yes. You can wake up voice assistant by tapping the Touchpad of either earbud 3 times after pairing the earbud with your mobile device.
