Installation

To ensure a successful installation of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that your system’s date and time are set correctly.
  2. Ensure that your system has the latest updates installed.
  3. Close all applications, including virus detection programs and applications in the system tray or on the Windows taskbar.
  4. Log in as a user with administrative privileges.
  5. Check that you have enough free disk space available on the drive where you want to install the application.
  6. For Windows users, delete the contents of the system’s TEMP folders to avoid file and memory conflicts. Type “%temp%” in the Search box on the Windows 11 or Windows 10 Start menu to navigate to the Temp folders.
  7. Ensure that your system is connected to the Internet.
  8. Install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite in its own directory to avoid conflicts with previous versions.

How do I check if my Windows system is 64-bit?
A 64-bit operating system is required to install and run CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. 32-bit operating systems are not supported. Please follow these steps to check your system type: Select the Start button, then select Settings > System >

  2. At the right, under Device specifications, see System type.

Do I need a serial key?
Yes, a serial key is required for the installation of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. The location of your serial key depends on your purchase method:

  • If you purchased the box version, your serial key will be located on the insert inside the box.
  • If you purchased a digital download from Amazon, your serial key will be located in Your Software Library within your Amazon account.

Can I install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite on more than one system?

Installation prep checklist

  • Make sure that your system’s date and time are set correctly.
  • Make sure that your system has the latest updates installed.
  • Close all applications, including all virus detection programs and applications that are open in the system tray or on the Windows taskbar. Not doing so may increase the installation time and interfere with the installation.
  • Log in as a user with administrative privileges.
  • Make sure that you have enough free disk space available on the drive where you want to install the application.
  • For Windows users, delete the contents of the system’s TEMP folders to avoid file and memory conflicts. To navigate to the Temp folders, type %temp% in the Search box on the Windows 11 or Windows 10 Start menu.

You have permission to install and use one (1) copy of this software on one (1) computer or electronic device at any given time as set out in the End User License Agreement.

How do I register my product with Corel?
Signing in gives you access to important online services and content. Upon installing CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, you will be prompted to authenticate online. You will be required to log in or create a Corel account. Enter your serial key to complete the registration process.

How do I install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

  1. Close all applications, including all virus detection programs. For smooth installation, we recommend that you restart your computer. This action will ensure that no restart is required by the latest system updates, and there are no memory issues.
  2. If you purchased the digital version, download the product from your Amazon Software Library. If you purchased the box version, use the download link provided on the insert or, if applicable for Windows devices, insert the software disc into your DVD drive. Double-click the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite file to begin installation.
  3. Once in the installation wizard, follow the instructions on your screen.
    Note : In order to authenticate this product you must register your serial key. Please see the instructions under How do I register my product with Corel?

How do I install AfterShot™ HDR?

  1. Open CorelDRAW, and click on the Store tab of the Welcome Screen
  2. Locate Corel AfterShot 3 HDR from the list or use the search field to search for it Double-click the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite file to begin installation.
  3. Click on Corel AfterShot 3 HDR and click on Download and then on Install

Troubleshooting

I don’t always have an Internet connection available. How do I use product features, and can I access online content?
As long as you have activated your product by signing in with your Corel.com account, you have access to all main product features even if you are offline. In order to access some of the  included software components, online features and content,
you must be online and authenticated. For best results, it’s recommended that you access an Internet connection once a month for system updates.
If you are subscribing to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite you will be required to be online at least once every 30 days to re-authenticate your subscription.

How do I turn off popup ads in CorelDRAW?

To turn off the popup ads, go to Help > Message Settings. Uncheck one or both of the first two options for product related messages and updates, as you prefer. In the tray notifications drop-down list, select Do not show me tray messages for this application.

How do I change the language of the user interface and Help?

  1. Click Tools > Options > Global.
  2. Click General.
  3. Choose a language from the User interface language list box. If you want to change the language of the user interface and Help when you start the application, enable the Ask me the next time the application starts check box.
  4. Restart the application

If there is only one language available in the User interface language list box, you must first install the additional languages that you want. For more information, see “How do I modify or repair a CorelDRAW Graphics Suite installation?”.

How do I modify or repair a CorelDRAW Graphics Suite installation?

  1. Close all applications.
  2. On the Windows Control Panel, click Uninstall a program.
  3. Double-click the suite’s name on the Uninstall or change a program page.
  4. Enable the Modify option or the Repair option in the wizard that appears and follow the instructions.

Program features and utilities that are already installed may not appear in the wizard, or their check boxes may appear disabled. Product languages can be selected on the last page of the wizard.
Certain features, such as Copy installation files, cannot be added by modifying your installation
