Brief Intro:

The module is a high-power PWM DC motor governor. It can adjust the motor speed by adjusting the duty cycle of the output signal. It can also adjust the output frequency to match the frequency of the output signal to the motor frequency, allowing the motor to work more stably. It can be widely used for drive motor/light brightness controlling/speed controlling/signal generator, etc.
PS: This module is a PMW driver, not a voltage converter. It has no function to change the output voltage, so the output voltage and input voltage are the same.

How to use it ? Please note !!!

  1. Connect the DC 5V-30V voltage
  2. Press the potentiometer to turn OFF output.
  3. Press and hold potentiometer to enter into parameter setting mode.
  4. Press the potentiometer to select setting parameters.
  5. Rotate potentiometer to set parameter value.
  6. Set another two parameters as step3 and step4.
  7. Press and hold potentiometer to save parameters and quit setting mode to normal display mode.
  8. Connect load as wiring diagram.
  9. Press potentiometer to turn ON output.

Potentiometer introduction:

Press and hold means keeping press for more than 3 second. Default display duty cycle.

P- 1 Normal display mode:

  1. Press potentiometer: Turn ON/OFF output signal.
  2. Press and hold potentiometer: Enter parameter setting mode.
  3. Rotate potentiometer clockwise: Increase duty cycle value.

P-2 Parameter setting mode:

  1. Press potentiometer: Select the parameter you want to set including Lower Limit Value of duty cycle, Upper Limit Value and Output Frequency, which could be switched by yourself. Note: The lower limit of the duty cycle is displayed as “L” + two digits; The upper limit of the duty cycle is displayed as “H” + two digits or “100”; And the operating frequency is
    displayed as “F” + two digits.

  2. Press and hold potentiometer: Save parameter and quit setting mode to normal display mode.

  3. Rotate potentiometer clockwise: Increase the setting value.

  4. Rotate potentiometer counterclockwise:Decrease the setting value.

  • Q1:Why does this module cannot change the device voltage?
    A1:The module is a PMW driver, which controls the controlled device by changing the frequency and duty cycle of the output signal. It is not a voltage converter, it has no function to change the output voltage.

    A2:Please check whether your wiring connection and the setting method is correct, if there are still problems, don’t hesitate to contact us.
