**

Photosensitive fluorescent bug robot-graphic tutorial

  1. There are various component silk-screen logos printed on the PCB, please solderin accordance with the silk-screen logos.
  2. The resistance has no direction, but there are different negative values, please pay attention to the distinction when welding.
  3. The long leg with legs is positive (+), and the short leg is negative (-); pay attention to the direction of the silk screen on the PCB when soldering.
  4. The components are welded in order from short to high, and there should be no false welding.
  5. When connecting the power cord to the terminal block, pay attention to distinguish the positive and negative poles, and do not connect them reversely.
  6. The soldering iron soldering temperature is 320° -380° , and the soldering is about 3-5 seconds, not for a long time! So as not to damage the circuit board ground wire.
  7. The circuit board identification VCC is positive, and GND is negative.
  8. Pay attention to the size of static electricity and product power supply, so as not to burn out the circuit and components.

  1. Welding resistance
    The resistance is not divided into positive  and negative, pay attention to the color of the resistance Welding corresponding to the silk screen value position on the board

    Pass the red and blue text on the board corresponding to the color of the motor wire through the hole. Weld on the back o f the bottom plate.

  3. Heat shrinkable tube
    Put on the photoresistor – : Refer to the finished picture on the left

Transparent sheet of PVC machine base
You need to use a lighter at a proper distance and lightly heat it for about 1-2 seconds to soften it and then bend it into the following shape by hand

  *  **It can also be folded manually, but there will be creases

  *  **Children should be used under adult supervision to avoid hot hands

  2. **Battery holder base installation


**

1. First, use pliers or carefully break the pins of the button battery holder outwards to a right angle
2. Solder the pins of the battery holder with red and black leads  

(Red positive and black negative reference pictures are soldered to the corresponding pins)

3. the soldered PCB and transparent base, vibration motor, and battery holder are all glued together
4. Finally, the red and black leads are soldered to the header pins of the PCB board  
  1. Install the chip first, then install the batttery
    Pay attention to the align@ ment of the U port direction of the silk screen on the i corresponding board for W – ‘the installation of the IC chip

  2. Pay attention to the direction of button battery installation & Canrefer to the picture for installation

It” salldone, just turn on the power switch and it” s ready to use
