Yealink RoomPanel Workspace Management Platform User Guide
This guide will help you get started with RoomPanel quickly, including logging in to your account, creating a meeting room, binding a meeting room, booking a meeting, pairing sensors, etc. Please read this guide carefully first to understand the subsequent steps. Before using RoomPanel, please make sure that the Yealink Workspace Management Platform has been configured, for the relevant configuration, please refer to Yealink Workspace Management Platform Quick Start Guide.
Logging in to Account
Before you can start using RoomPanel, you need to log in to your Enterprise
Workspace Management Platform account on RoomPanel. Please contact the system
administrator to obtain an account.
Connecting/Creating a Meeting Room
After successful login, a list of meeting rooms is displayed to select the meeting rooms you want to bind. You can choose to create a meeting room when you have not created any meeting rooms in the Enterprise Workspace Management Platform or there is no meeting room you want to bind.
Connecting to Meeting Room
Select a meeting room and click Confirm to connect the meeting room.
Creating A Meeting Room
- On the meeting room connecting page, click Click to Add a New Room to create a new meeting room.
- After filling in the meeting room information, tap Confirm.
- Select the meeting room you created and tap Confirm to connect the meeting room.
Booking A Meeting
- Tap Book in the main interface.
- Select the date of the meeting.
- Use any of the following:
- Slide the timeline on the scheduled interface to select the period of the reservation.
- Click on the time slot to select the period for reservation.
- Enter Meeting Subject , and click Book to schedule the meeting successfully.
Pairing Sensor
RoomPanel can be linked with Yealink RoomSensor to achieve real-time status monitoring of meeting rooms.
- RoomPanel can be paired with up to 4 RoomSensor sensors.
- Click on the main interface and enter the settings page.
- Click Sensor (Default admin password: 0000) > Add, and start searching for nearby sensors.
- Select the sensor, and click OK to complete the pairing.
