Power on | The power indicator on the right ear cup stays red. |

Low Battery | The signal indicator on the left ear cup flashes green and you |
hear a beep every 1 minute until the headphones turn off automatically.
Charging| The charging indicator on the charging dock keeps flashing green.
Fully Charged| The charging indicator on the charging dock stays green.
Connected| The signal indicator on the charging dock turns red, and the signal
indicator at the lower right corner of the left ear cup turns green.
How to Turn on/off the Headphones
Power on/off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
How to Charge the Headphones
- Connect the charging dock to a power source.
- Place the headphones on the charging dock. Make sure the charging contacts under the headband match well with the charging pins on the charging dock.
- The charging indicator on the charging dock keeps flashing green once charging starts, and it stops flashing and stays green when the headphones are fully charged.
Notes:
a) Before charging the headphones for the first time, please remove the
insulating sheet from the headphones.
b) Fully charge the headphones before the first-time use.
c) A complete charging cycle takes about 6 hours, and the headphones can play
for 10 hours on a full charge.
d) If the battery is almost drained, you will hear beeps in the headphones.
How to Connect the Transmitter to TV
Connect the Transmitter to a TV with a 3.5mm Audio-out Port

1. Connect the power adapter to the transmitter and plug the main charger
into a power source.| 2. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the
audio input port of the transmitter and the other end to your TV’s audio
output port.

3. The signal indicator on the transmitter turns red.| 4. Turn on the

Connect the Transmitter to a TV with RCA Outputs

1. Connect the power adapter to the transmitter and plug the main charger
into a power source.| 2. Plug the provided RCA adapter cable into the RCA
outputs on your TV and the 3.5 audio cables into the audio jack of the adapter
cable.

3. The signal indicator on the transmitter turns red.| 4. Turn on the
headphones.
Note: If the headphones don’t receive the signal from the transmitter within 5 minutes, the headphones will power off automatically.
FAQs
Q: No sound comes from headphones, what should I do?
A: Check whether the signal light on the transmitter stays red, if not, please
try the following:
- Make sure the charging dock is connected to a power source.
- Make sure the headphones have been turned on.
- Do not plug into any ports labeled as “AV IN”.
- If your TV has a 3.5mm audio output, please make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged into the audio-out port behind the TV. Do not plug it into any audio-in port behind the TV.
- If your TV has RCA outputs, please make sure the RCA adapter cable is plugged into the RCA output ports behind the TV. Do not plug it into any RCA input ports behind the TV.
- Please make sure that your audio device is turned on and in play mode.
- If connecting the transmitter to a TV with a 3.5mm audio-out port, please do not mute your TV.
- Instead of TV, connect to your phone to test.
- If the steps above did not resolve your issue, contact us for help.
Q: The volume is not loud enough, what should I do?
A: Turn up your N’s volume to the maximum level.
Q: Headphones HW1 cannot get charged, what should I do?
A: Check whether the charging light on the charging dock keeps flashing green,
if not, please try the following:
- Make sure the charging dock is connected to a power source.
- Make sure the charging contacts under the headband match well with the charging pins on the charging dock. The charging indicator keeps flashing green once charging starts and it stops flashing and stays green when the headphones are fully charged.
Q: How to pair two or more headphones HW1 with one transmitter?
A:
- When a pair of Hspro TV headphones HW1 has successfully paired with the transmitter, press and hold the power button of the second pair of headphones HW1 until the power indicator on the right ear cup stays red, and the signal indicator on the left ear cup keeps flashing green.
- Unplug the power adaptor from the yellow charging port on the transmitter, and plug the power adaptor back into the yellow charging port, then you can hear a beep from the second pair of headphones, and the green signal indicator on the left ear cup stops flashing and stays green. Then the two headphones are paired with the transmitter.
Q: Sound only comes from headphones. What should I do if I need sound
coming from headphones and TV simultaneously?
A: Please refer to the steps for connecting the transmitter to a TV with RCA
outputs.

- Leaving the product in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in the summer and winter conditions, will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the headphones.

- Remember: Always drive safely, avoid distractions and follow local laws! Using the headphones while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle, watercraft or bicycle may be dangerous, and is illegal in some jurisdictions, just as the use of the headphones with both ears covered while driving is not permitted in certain jurisdictions. Check your local laws. Use caution while using your headphones when you are engaging in any activity that requires your full attention. While engaging in any such activity, removing the headphones from your ear or turning off your headphones will keep you from being distracted, so as to avoid accident or injury.
