Introduction

There are three settings on the portable space heater: High Heat, Low Heat, and Fan Mode. Cool air will be blown out by the fan mode, which is ideal in the summer. The portable heater’s thermostat control will shut it down when it reaches a predetermined temperature and switch it back on when the temperature drops below the thermostat setting. The temperature can be adjusted between 0°F and 158°F. When a heater accidentally tips over, the tip over prevention system will turn it off, and if it is righted, it will turn back on. The electric heater is pleasantly quiet to use in a bedroom while sleeping at less than 50dB level.

Additionally, it is perfect for warming a room while doing work, studying, or watching TV without worrying about being interrupted. You can select a comfortable temperature with the thermostat’s customizable settings. Simply set the dial to the desired heat level and enjoy cozy heat. The little electric heater has a built-in handle that makes moving and carrying it simple. For use indoors, such as in an office, room, workstation, home, bedroom, etc., a really portable compact heater.

FAQs

Will this work on a plug on a 15amp breaker?****

It will draw about 12.5A roughly. 15A circuit breaker by code should be loaded to 12A. It will work but may trip the breaker depending on if anything else is on the circuit or if the load curve is faster than the breaker curve. There is no hazard to try it all the equipment is rated for it. Outlet should typically be on a 20A circuit. If there is 12 gage ran to the outlet and you are just talking about the actual outlet rating than a 15A outlet is fine.

which heater is best for a large room****

Neither. Doesn’t work for large room as stated. At least not for me. I bought highest wattage.

Where are Give Best heaters manufactured?****

Chins.

is this quite?****

Yes, very quiet.

mine quit working after less than a day. I’ve changed outlets and connect directly to the wall. and only the fan gets the power indicator. ???****

Mine has done the same thing before. I just left it unplugged for a while or a day and then next time I plugged it in, it worked. It’s not ideal but it was also a cheaper heater. But it still works just fine with that being the only occasional issue.

Would this heat a 12/10 cabin tent for camping?…..Thanks****

It would… need access to an electrical outlet.

What is the cord length****

Maybe 3 feet.

When turned off the heater won’t be able to turn back on for 10mins? Anyone has similar issue?****

I haven’t had that happen, but I usually turn the heater on when I first get to the office and don’t turn it off until I leave. If I do switch it off, it’s because it puts out so much heat I’m too warm. By the time I’m cold enough to use it again, much more than ten minutes have passed.

How long can I keep this heater running continuously at night while I sleep?****

I’ve left it running all night by accident. If anyone or anything bumps it and it tips over, it will shut itself off immediately. Also, it puts out a LOT of heat so you may not need to run it as long as you think.

If power goes off in the house, Will this automatically come back on when power comes back out or does it need to be turned off then back on?****

If the power switch is left on, it should turn on when the power comes back.

What could be the advantage of having a heater with max temperature rating of 158 degrees?****

Don’t know. But it keeps my downstairs (2 heaters) warm enough the central doesn’t kick on. Don’t know footage, one large, two smaller and a large bathroom.

Can I use it with 220v outside usa?****

No, it is 110.

Is this ptfe free?****

Not now.

I have no wall outlet available to plug heater directly into. Can I plug heater into an extension cord and then to a wall outlet?****

NO! The heat from the heater flows thru the cord and will melt the extension cord and this is a fire hazard!!! Please do not EVER use any extension cord with ANY space heaters! Very dangerous!!!

Is the light bright in the dark? I don’t want it to distract baby at bedtime.****

There’s no light at all from the heating element, and the little red light on top, which just shows the unit is plugged in, is not bright at all – baby would not be distracted.
