• This headphones is the first TV headphones that can be paired with TV and phone, which also can work at the same time.
• The headphones can be paired with phone and transmitter at the same time. After pairing, the user can press the TV/BT button to switch the headphones to play TV’s sound or the phone’s sound.
• While the user is using the headphones for TV sound and a phone call comes in, they can press the headphones’ power button to answer the call immediately. After ending the call, the headphones will automatically switch back to playing the TV’s sound.

CHARGE THE HEADPHONES

1. Plug the Type-C end of the USB cable into the charging port.
2. Plug the USB-A end of the USB cable into a USB wall charger (DC 5V/1A) or computer that is powered on.

Notes:

• Fully charge the headphones before using them for the first time.
• The LED indicator stays red during charging.
• The LED indicator stays green when the headphones are fully charged.
• When the headphones power is low, it will voice prompt “Low battery” every 10 minutes until the headphones is automatically turned off.

USING THE HEADPHONES

Two operation modes:

• A. Wireless TV headphones Operation mode: It can be connected to a TV or Computer through the included transmitter.
• B. General Bluetooth headphones operation mode: It can be connected to mobile phones/Computers or other Bluetooth devices directly. The headphone can be paired with phone and transmitter at the same time. After pairing, the user can press the TV/BT button to switch the headphone to play TV’s sound or the phone’s sound. While the user taking it as the TV headphone and the phone call is coming with the bell, you can press the headphone’s power button to answer the call at once. After ending the call, the headphone will come back automatically and play the TV’s sound.

Notes:

• When the headset is turned on, TV headphones mode is the default.
• After powering on, the headphone will search for the transmitter and the last connected device automatically. Turn on the transmitter or your mobile phone, the headphone can be paired successfully.
• During the headphone connect with TV through the transmitter, the latency is less than 22 milliseconds, even without any feeling for people.

Wireless TV headphones Operation mode
There are 4 methods to connect the transmitter to TV. Please choose only one of the ways to connect the transmitter and TV. Not support to connect the transmitter and TV more than two ways at the same time.

• Method 1: Connect the Transmitter to a TV with RCA Audio Convert Cable.
• Method 2: Connect the Transmitter to a TV with OPTICAL Audio Cable.
• Method 3: Connect the Transmitter to a TV with 3.5mm Audio Cable.
• Method 4: Connect the Transmitter to a TV with USB-C Digital Cable.

Connect the Transmitter to a TV with RCA Audio Convert Cable

1. Plug the Type-C end of the USB digital cable into the DC 5V/DATA IN port on the transmitter, plug the USB-A end into the USB wall charger (included) and connect the charger to a power source. After connecting, the transmitter will turn on automatically with the red indicator is on all the time and no need to turn on the transmitter manually. The transmitter also can be turned on/off manually after powered.
2. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX IN port of the transmitter and the other end to RCA adapter cable. And then plug the RCA adapter cable into the RCA outputs port on your TV.
3. The headphones will pair with the transmitter directly after turning on. After pairing with the transmitter successfully, the headphones’ LED indicator stays white all the time while the transmitter’s LED signal indicator on the transmitter stays white all the time.
   Note: If the transmitter turned on later than heaphones, the headphones will enter pairing mode, the headphones’ LED indicator flashes white.

Connect the Transmitter to a TV with OPTICAL Audio Cable

1. Plug the Type-C end of the USB digital cable into the DC 5V/DATA IN port on the transmitter, plug the USB-A end into the USB wall charger (included) and connect the charger to a power source. After connecting, the transmitter will turn on automatically with the red indicator is on all the time and no need to turn on the transmitter manually. The transmitter also can be turned on/off manually after powered.
2. Please firstly to take out the protective cap in one end of OPTICAL audio cable and insert the head of OPTICAL cable into the OPTICAL IN port of the transmitter. Then take out the protective cap in other end of OPTICAL audio cable and put the other head of OPTICAL audio cable into the OPTICAL OUTPUT port on TV.
3. The headphones will pair with the transmitter directly after turning on. After pairing with the transmitter successfully, the headphones’ LED indicator stays white all the time while the transmitter’s LED signal indicator on the transmitter stays white all the time.
   Note: If the transmitter turned on later than heaphones, the headphones will enter pairing mode, the headphones’ LED indicator flashes white.

Connect the Transmitter to a TV with 3.5mm Audio Cable

1. Plug the Type-C end of the USB digital cable into the DC 5V/DATA IN port on the transmitter, plug the USB-A end into the USB wall charger (included) and connect the charger to a power source. After connecting, the transmitter will turn on automatically with the red indicator is on all the time and no need to turn on the transmitter manually. The transmitter also can be turned on/off manually after powered.

Connect the Transmitter to a TV with USB-C Digital Cable

1. For some new TV, the USB port has a digital audio signal output which can be connected to the transmitter by plug the type-C end of the Charging cable into the DC 5V/DATA IN port, and then plug the end of USB-A cable into the TV USB output port with digital audio signal. No need to connect the power adapter, 3.5mm audio cable, RCA audio adapter cable and OPTICAL Audio Cable.
   Note: Not all TVs can work with this connection method. If there is no sound out from the headphones after the connection is completed successfully, please try another connection method.

2. The TV USB Port will output DC 5V after turning on the TV. The transmitter will turn on automatically after powering with the Power LED indicator stays red, no need to turn on the transmitter manually. The transmitter also can be turned on/off manually after powered the TV. While turning off the TV, The TV’s USB port will not have the DC 5V output and the transmitter will be cut-out electric and turn off at the same time.

3. The headphones will pair with the transmitter directly after turning on. After pairing with the transmitter successfully, the headphones’ LED indicator stays white all the time while the transmitter’s LED signal indicator on the transmitter stays white all the time.
   Note: If the transmitter turned on later than heaphones, the headphones will enter pairing mode, the headphones’ LED indicator flashes white.

Notes:

• If the headphones failed to be paired with the transmitter or other Bluetooth devices (such as phone) within ten minutes, the headphone will turn off automatically.
• Please power the transmitter by using the USB charging cable (included) when plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the end of the 3.5mm audio port of the TV. Don’t power the transmitter with the USB port of TV in order to avoid disturbing mess on the headphones.
• After the transmitter connected to TV, please keep the antenna of the transmitter vertical and no any Metal barriers between the transmitter and the headphones.

General Bluetooth headphones operation mode
Connect the headphones directly to mobile phone or other Bluetooth device via Bluetooth.

1. Power on the headphones.
2. Press and hold the “TV/BT” button of the headphones until the led indicator flashes blue.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone or other Bluetooth devices.
4. In the list of found Bluetooth devices in your phone or other Bluetooth devices, choose “TV Headphones 1” or “TV Headphones 2” to pair.
5. Enter “0000” or “1234” if your phone or Bluetooth device asks you to enter a code to pair.
6. After being paired successfully, the LED in the headphone stays blue all the time.

Notes:

• When the headphones are on but are not paired with your phone or other Bluetooth devices, they will be automatically off in about 10 minutes.
• If the product you buy contains 2 headphones, the second headphones’ Bluetooth name is “TV Headphones 2”.

WAY TO USE ONE TRANSMITTER AND TWO HEADPHONES

1. This transmitter can be connected with 2 headphones at the same time. The product you buy contains 2 headphones, which has been paired with the transmitter already. The two headphones will be paired with the transmitter automatically after powering on, you don’t need to make the headphones pair with the transmitter any more.
2. The two headphones will work independently. Apart from the above function, the two headphones can each be paired different phones, and be adjusted their volume independently.

Notes:

• If the transmitter turned on later than heaphones, the headphones will automatically search the transmitter, the headphones’ LED indicator flashes white.
• If the headphone missed to be paired with device, such as the headphones can’t be connected with transmitter after powering on, the headphones’ LED flashes white, or the another headphone failed to be paired with transmitter. Please try the following steps to operate.

Way to pair the Headphone and Transmitter

1. Pairing the first headphones with transmitter

2. Please turn off the transmitter and the two headphones;

3. Press the “ ” button on the transmitter enter the paring mode and the transmitter’s LED stays red.

4. Power on the first headphones and the LED flashes white, the headphone will be paired with transmitter. After the headphones paired with the transmitter successfully, the headphones’ LED stays white and the transmitter’s LED stays white;

5. Press the transmitter’s power button to turn it off with its LED goes off and then press the first headphones’ power button to turn it off with its LED goes off. The first headphones finishes to be paired with transmitter.
   Note: After the transmitter is powered on, the headphones will enter pairing mode for 10 minutes. If the headphones fails to pair with the transmitter within 10 minutes, the transmitter will exit pairing mode. If you need to put the transmitter back into pairing mode, press the transmitter’s power button to turn it off, then turn it on again.

6. Pairing the second headphones with transmitter

7. Please turn off the transmitter and the two headphones;

8. Press the “ ” button on the transmitter enter the paring mode and the transmitter’s LED stays red.

9. Power on the second headphones and the LED flashes white, the headphones will be paired with transmitter. After the headphones paired with the transmitter successfully, the headphones’ LED stays white and the transmitter’s LED stays white;

10. Press the transmitter’s power button to turn it off with its LED goes off and then press the second headphone’s power button to turn it off with its LED goes off. The second headphones finishes to be paired with transmitter.
    Note: After the transmitter is powered on, the headphones will enter pairing mode for 10 minutes. If the headphones fails to pair with the transmitter within 10 minutes, the transmitter will exit pairing mode. If you need to put the transmitter back into pairing mode, press the transmitter’s power button to turn it off, then turn it on again.

• Q: No sound comes from headphones, what should I do?
  A: Please check the LED white light on the transmitter stays on,

  • if NOT, try it as follow:
  • Make sure the transmitter’s power adapter is connected to a power source.
  • Make sure the headphones is turn on.
  • Make sure the transmitter is turn on.
  • Make sure whether the headphones enters the Bluetooth Operation Mode.
  • if YES, try it as follow:
  • If your TV has RCA audio output, make sure the RCA audio cable is plugged into the RCA output port on the back of the TV, do not plug it into any RCA input port.
  • If your TV has OPTICAL audio output, make sure that the OPTICAL audio cable is is plugged into the OPTICAL output port on the back of the TV, do not plug it into any audio input port.
  • If your TV has a 3.5mm jack, make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged into the audio output port on the back of the TV, do not plug it into any audio input port.
  • Make sure your audio device is turned on and in play mode.
  • If the transmitter is connected to a TV with a 3.5mm audio output port, please don’t mute the TV.
  • You can connect to the 3.5mm jack of your mobile phone for testing.

• Q: The volume is not loud enough, what should I do?
  A: Make the volume max on the headphones, then turn up the volume on the TV.

• Q: The headphones cannot be charged, what should I do?
  A: Make sure the charging light on the headphone is red, otherwise, please check whether the headphone’s USB charging cable has been connected to the power source.

• Q: The sound is only from the headphone, what should I do if I need sound from the headphones and the TV at the same time?
  A: Please refer to the transmitter connection method:
