Instructions for Installation and Care of 610 Mule Mini Cab Enclosure

CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct
flames. Product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing
the enclosure. Installation is best done when the temperature is 60° F or
warmer.

Carefully open the carton and unroll the enclosure on a large flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material.

Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
- Velcro hook strips 6 each 8” long
- Velcro hook strips 3 each 10” long
- Velcro hook strips 1 each 20” long
- Velcro hook strips 2 each 6” long
- Enclosure 1 each

Loosely drape the enclosure over the roll cage. Note the correct position for the 10” latch strip on the underside of the front edge of the hood, in the center. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol, let dry and apply one of the 10” Velcro hook strips. Attach the enclosure to the strip under the hood. See fig.1.

Working your way to the rear of the roll cage, carefully fit the enclosure into position. Pull the lower edge of the rear panel down between the rear of the roll cage and the front of the dump bed. Apply the 20” adhesive Velcro strip here(see fig. 2).

Position and install the six (3 per side) 8” hook and loop strips to the left and right sides of the roll cage on either side of the front window, facing outboard. Clean the surfaces before applying the adhesive loop strips. First, apply all three strips one side of the roll cage, and then pull the window tightly toward the other side to minimize waviness or wrinkles in the front window(see fig.1).

Now attach the two 10” and two 6” Velcro tabs on either side of the rear window. Now you can lower the bed and check the enclosure for proper tightness. It should fit very tight and wrinkles or waves in the top could indicate that the enclosure is not precisely positioned. Further adjustment may be necessary to achieve the intended fit.
Cleaning and Storage Recommendations
- Before removing the cab for storage, make sure it is clean and dry, to prevent soiling the textile and scratching the clear vinyl side/rear windows. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Let the enclosure dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.
- It is important that the enclosure be rolled up for storage rather than folding. Folding will cause undesirable creasing of both the enclosure textile and the clear vinyl side/rear windows. Carefully roll up the enclosure similar to the way it was when it was packed at the factory. On a large, clean, and flat surface, fold the doors over the rear panel first, then, interleave the top and windshield on top of the doors. Begin rolling the enclosure into a roll approximately 8” in diameter. Put the rolled enclosure back into the carton for storage at a normal room temperature. It is best not to expose the enclosure to either extreme hot or cold temperatures when storing.
- A special cleaner/conditioner is available from Falcon Ridge that will greatly increase the service life of the cab enclosure. If needed, additional hook and loop sets are available, as well as other spare parts and hardware. Contact Falcon Ridge for information.
- Transporting or trailering your UTV with the enclosure installed is not generally recommended. It is best to remove the enclosure before transporting your UTV.
