QUARTZ WATCH SETTINGS

1.1A – Crown in original position.
1.1B – Minute and hour hands.

SET THE TIME

Pull the crown (1.1A) to unlock the hands. Listen for a soft click.
Turn the crown clockwise to rotate the hour and minute hands (1.1B) at your discretion.
Push the crown back (1.1A) to set the time

AUTOMATIC WATCH SETTINGS

1.2A – Crown in original position.
1.2B – Minute and hour hands.
1.2C – Date wheel.
1.2D – Crown in first position – date setting. \
1.2E – Crown in second position – time setting.

SET THE DATE

Pull the crown (1.2A) into the first position (1.2D). Listen for a soft click.
Turn the crown counter-clockwise to change the date on the date wheel (1.2C) at your discretion
Push the crown back to its original position to set the date.
If the time is set between 9:00 PM and 1:00AM, the date may not change the following day.

SET THE TIME

Pull the crown (1.2A) into the second position (1.2E). Listen for two consecutive soft clicks.
Turn the crown clockwise to rotate the hour and minute hands (1.2B) at your discretion
Push back the crown to its original position (1.2A) to set the time.

CHRONOGRAPH SETTINGS

1.3A – Crown in original position.
1.3B – Minute and hour hands.
1.3C – Date wheel.
1.3D – Crown in first position – date setting.
1.3E – Crown in second position – time setting.
1.3F – Start Button. (Upper)
1.3G – Stop Button. (Lower)

Push the crown back to its original position (1.3A) to set the date.

Turn the crown clockwise to rotate the hour and minute hands (1.3B) at your discretion
Push back the crown to its original position (1.3A) to set the time.

STOPWATCH FUNCTION

Press the Start Button (1.3F) to start the stopwatch. Press it again to stop.
Press the Stop Button (1.3G) to reset the chronograph sub-dials.
Once started, the stopwatch sub-dial will display time continuously 1:1 up to a maximum of 11 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

CHRONOGRAPH FACTORY RESET

After replacing the battery, please perform a factory reset as described below.

Pull the crown (1.3A) into the second position (1.3E). Listen for two consecutive soft clicks.
Press the Start (Upper) Button to advance the sub-dial’s second hand. Press continuously until the sub-dial’s second hand reaches zero position.
Push the crow back to its original position

5 ATM WATER RESISTANCE DISCLAIMER

5 ATM Water Resistance means this product can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50m. This watch has not been designed for prolonged exposure to water. It may be suitable protection from splashes, rain or snow, showering, swimming, diving or snorkeling, however we advise you to preserve caution and do NOT expose the watch to any form of liquid. More guidelines on how to keep your watch safe include:

Do not expose your watch to water when the crown is not in its original position.
Do not pull out the crown to the first or second position when there is a risk of water exposure
Avoid placing the watch under a running faucet
Watch resistance is not permanent. Aging and mechanical damage may af-fect the longevity of water resistance. Make sure to check your watch regularly to ensure its water resistance.
Wipe off any form of liquid (e.g. moisture, sweat) with a soft dry cloth after re-moving the watch from your wrist to preserver the watch’s water resistance.

QUARTZ WATCH SETTINGS

2.1A – Lever.
2.1B – Removable Link Screw.
2.1C – Clasp

CHANGE YOUR WATCHBAND

Find the lever (2.1A) on the back of the watch, on the watchband near the lugs.
Pull or push the lever to the right and remove the watchband.
Pull or push the lever on the new watchband to the right
Insert the new watchband’s end link into the watch and pull or push the lever to the left.

WATCHBAND ADJUSTMENT

2.2A – Link.
2.2B – Removable link pin.
2.2C – Link pin removal tool.

SHORTEN OR LENGTHEN YOUR WATCHBAND

Push out the removable link pin (2.2B) from the link (2.2A) with the link pin re-moval tool (2.2C) which comes with every watch
Remove or add links at your will
If any links have been added, push in link pins in all added links white the links attach to each other.
If any links have been removed, push in a link pin inside the disconnected link while the links attach to each other.
Try on the watch and repeat the steps here if further adjusting is required.

WARRANTY

Under this limited warranty, Paul Rich Group LLC guarantees your watch’s parts and workmanship under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Paul Rich Group LLC will, at its sole discretion, provide for replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s or any part original to your model is not available, Paul Rich Group LLC may provide a substitute of equal value for purposes of replacement.
To obtain replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized Paul Rich Group LLC retailer or service provider, who will provide ad-ditional instructions. For watches purchased in the Paul Rich Group LLC online store, or for contact information of authorized Paul Rich Group LLC retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department by using the contact form on our website: www.paul-rich.com.
If you mail your watch for replacement, you must ensure it is packaged care-fully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watch-bands or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guar-antee its return.
Under this warranty, you will not be charged for replacement under this war-ranty. You may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Paul Rich Group LLC retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If the warranty is void or is not valid, charges may apply for part or all of any replacement. In case of a depleted bat-tery during the time of replacement, you may have to cover the costs of replac-ing the battery.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals
- Evidence of damage of any kind which includes: accidents, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is incon-sistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage results from repair, service, or alter-ations by anyone other than an authorized Paul Rich Group LLC retailer or service provider, and doing so invalidates the warranty.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRAN-TIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
PAUL RICH GROUP LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPE-CIAL DAMAGES.
