SAFETY NOTICE:
Read this manual carefully before using the lamp! Observe the safety instructions when putting the lamp into operation. Retain the operating instructions for future reference. If the lamp is passed on to third parties, the instruction manual should also be included.
- This device is intended for domestic use only.
- If the lamp is damaged, you should stop using it.
- Do not swallow any small parts. Keep small parts out of the reach of children. This product is not suitable for children.
- Do not use the lamp in or near flammable or inflammable places or materials.
- Do not try to replace the LED. The LED cannot be replaced. Dispose of the lamp if damaged.
- Risk of blinding! Do not look directly into the beam of light.
- Do not aim the light beam directly at the eyes.
- The product is not suitable for room lighting in the home.
- Do not expose the lamp to moisture or humidity.
- Prevent battery fluid/acid from coming into contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
- In case of contact with battery acid the affected areas should rinsed immediately with plenty of clean water and a doctor should be consulted.
CHANGING THE BATTERIES
- Open the battery compartment on the rear of the lamp by releasing the screw with an appropriate screwdriver (#1).
- Insert 3 x AA batteries/1.5 V with the correct polarity (+, -) as marked on the battery holder (#2). Remove the batteries if the product is stored for an extended period of time.
- Close the battery compartment again by fastening the screw. Make sure that the battery compartment is tightly closed.
USING THE MAGNET/SWIVEL HOOK:
Handy Lux Power Lamp has an integrated magnet, which allows you to place the
lamp on any magnetic surface (#3). If you want to hang the lamp instead,
fold the swivel hook up and hang the lamp accordingly (#4/5).
INSTALLATION WALL
The lamp is provided with an installation hole. This allows you to attach the
lamp to a wall or ceiling with a suitable screw (not included).
CLEANING & STORAGE
Wipe the surface clean with a soft cloth. Always keep HandyLUX Power Lamp in a
cool and dry location.
