Short press button to Play/Pause your device’s music.

Double click button to adjust the brightness(3 level).
Note: Only the static light modes can adjust the brightness. -
When the soundbar is paired to your mobile device, short press button to answer the call and press again to end call. Long press the button to reject call. Press twice quickly to redial the last number.

CONNECTING VIA Bluetooth (PAIRING)
Push and hold the button for 2 seconds.
The Bluetooth indicator starts to blink.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
- Select ‘UGWS-10’ from the Bluetooth list and accept pairing. The Bluetooth indicator on the soundbar stops blinking and remains lit when the units are connected. (If pass code requested enter 0000)
- Press play on your audio device.
CONNECTING VIA AUX INPUT
- Connect the 3.5mm stereo plug to the audio output on your audio device.
- Connect a USB plug to the Computer/AC adapter/power bank to ensure power supply.
- Press play on your audio device. ( Note: Pausing the soundbar while using the AUX input mode, will only pause the audio from the soundbar but it won’t pause the audio of the audio device)

There is no audio| The wrong audio source is selected.| Ensure that the device
is connected to the UGWS-10.Check that there is no other device connected that
is playing.
Volume is set too l ow on either the audio source or the soundbar.| Slightly
increase the volume on your audio source or the soundbar.
Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device| Bluetooth is not enabled on
your device (smartphone, tablet, computer).| Activate Bluetooth on your
device.
The soundbar is not in pairing mode.| Push and hold the Bluetooth button for 3
seconds to make the soundbar discoverable by the device.
Your device prompts you for a pin code.| In most cases, no pin code (password)
is needed. If a pin code is requested, use the pin code 0000 .
Bluetooth connection drops out| The two Bluetooth devices are too far apart or
the connection is affected due to obstacles.| Move the devices closer so that
they are within 10 metres, and unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or
doors.
There is a strong electric field surrounding the UGWS-10.| Items such as
microwave ovens, wireless network adapters, fluorescent lights and gas cookers
use the same frequency range as the Bluetooth device.This may lead to
electrical disturbances.
