Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt, and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

SAFETY WARNING

  • Before the first use, read the instructions for use carefully, look at the picture and keep the instructions for use. Consider these instructions to be a part of the appliance and provide them to other users of the appliance.
  • Check whether the data on the type label corresponds with the voltage in your socket.
  • Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it fell down and was damaged or if it fell into the water. In this case, take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
  • This product can be used by children at the age of 8 years and] older and people with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or if they were instructed regarding use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand possible risks. Children must not play with the appliance. User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children if] they are younger than 8 year and unsupervised. Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the appliance and its power cord.
  • The dryer must not be sunk in the water and it must not be let at places where it could fall into a bathtub or a wash basin. If the dryer fell to the water, do not take it out! First of all, unplug the power cord from the socket and only then take out the dryer. In this case take the appliance to a specialized service shop to check its safety and proper function.
  • If the hair dryer is used in a bathroom, it has to be disconnected from the electric power by unplugging the power cord from the socket because there is a risk close to water even if the hair dryer is off.
  • For additional protection we recommend the installation of current] protection (RCD) with the nominal release current not exceeding 30 mm. Ask a control technician or an electrician for advice.
  • Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, before assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!
  • Always unplug the appliance from the power supply if you leave it unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
  • If the power cord of the appliance is corrupted, it has to be replaced by the producer, its service technician or a similarly qualified person so as to prevent dangerous situations.
  • The appliance is intended for use in households only and for similar use! It is not designed for use in hair salons or for similar commercial use!
  • Do not use the appliance close to water contained e. g. in containers, sinks, bath tubs, swimming pools, etc.
  • Do not plug or unplug the appliance from a socket with wet hands and do not pull the power cord!
  • Do not let the appliance in operation without supervision!
  • Do not put the dryer on hot heat sources (e. g. oven, stove, radiator, etc.)
  • Any part of the appliance must not get in contact with places sensitive to heat (e. g. eyes, ears, neck, etc.).
  • If the dryer was stored at lower temperatures, acclimatize it first, by which you remove stiffness of the lubricating fat in bearings and the mechanical resistance of the plastic parts will be kept.
  • Be very careful when handling the adapter during drying (it is hot).
  • Use the appliance with removable suction grid A5.
  • The power cord must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open fire and it must not be sunk into water or bent over sharp edges.
  • Make sure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of the working table where children could reach it.
  • Holes for air ventilation must not be covered. Also, do not put the dryer in the “on” position on]soft surfaces (e. g. bed, towels, sheets, carpet), the duct could get covered. Penetration of dust, hair, threads, etc. to the duct has to be prevented.
  • Do not insert or throw any objects to the holes.
  • It is not permissible to adjust the surface of the extra attachment (e.g. self-adhesive paper, foils, etc.)!
  • Do not insert accessories into any body cavities.
  • When the appliance is switched on for the first time, short and slight smoke can come out that does not mean any defect and it is not a reason for claiming a defect of the appliance.
  • When the appliance is overheated, the automatic heat fuse is activated and it disconnects the power supply. If it happens, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the socket. Remove possible visible obstacles preventing air flow and let the appliance cool down.
  • Disconnect the appliance from the power supply right after use by unplugging the power cord from] the socket and let it cool down before storage.
  • Do not wind the power cord around the appliance, this will extend life of the power cord.
  • If you need to use the extension cord, it has to be interrupted and it has to comply with the valid standards.
  • Never use the appliance for any other purpose than for the intended purpose described in these instructions for use!
  • The producer does not guarantee any loss caused by improper handling of the appliance and its accessories (e. g. electrical accident, fire, burn, hair damage) and its guarantee for the appliance does not apply in the case of non-compliance with the safety instructions above.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Remove all packing material and take out the dryer with its accessories. Remove all possible adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper from the appliance. Plug the power cord A7 to a socket. Put adapter B on the dryer.

Hair drying

For quick hair drying, turn the switch A1 and A2 to the position of the maximum temperature and the maximum airflow. For drying short hair or for finishing hair drying, set the switch to the lower positions. Direct the outgoing air to hair while keeping the dryer handle in a distance of 10 to 15 cm from the head and move it evenly. In drying with hot air flow, take out excessive humidity from hair using a brush or fingers. If you have long hair, bend your head so that the hair falls down freely from the scalp and face. After you have finished drying, cool down the dryer by turning the A2 switch to the cool air position and then turning the A1 switch to the 0 position.

MAINTENANCE

Turn off the appliance before each maintenance, unplug the power cord from the power] supply and let it cool down! Cleaning dust and impurities settled inside the hair dryer can be] made by their vacuuming or blowing out. Wipe the dryer surface with a wet soft cloth. Do not use rough and aggressive detergents! Maintenance only includes mechanical cleaning. Store] the appliance thoroughly cleaned in a dry, dust-free location that is out of reach of children and incapacitated persons.

Cleaning the grid (A5)

Hold the grid, turn it counter-clockwise and pull it out from the dryer. Remove possible impurities from the grid (e. g. using a brush). After cleaning, put the grid back by the opposite movement] Expert service must do the large maintenance or to intervene in inside parts of the appliance! Non- observance of the instructions of the manufacturer cancels the right for guarantee repair!

WARNING: Do not use this product near water, in wet areas to avoid fire or injury of electric current. Always turn off the product when you don’t use it or before a revision. There aren’t any parts in this appliance that are reparable by the consumer. Always appeal to a qualified authorized service. The product is under dangerous tension.
