V2M Pairing Tutorial
Designed specifically for the Rapoo V+ technology gaming mouse, this tutorial will guide you through the process of unlocking a higher 4000Hz polling rate, enhancing the mouse’s accuracy, smoothness of movement, and responsiveness
Download latest version of the gaming mouse and keyboard software
Visit the official Rapoo website and navigate to the
Downloads section.Download the software to your local system.
Note: Only support mouse with PAW3399 and 3395 system
Install the software and update the firmwave .
Install the software and open it. Access to the “Support” page and update the
firmware to the latest version available.On the “Support” page,
click on “the code pairing tool”
*Note: The mouse that needs to be paired should be connected to the
computer in wired mode.
Before starting the pairing process, make sure to unplug the receiver that
came with the mouse.Click on “Pair” to proceed
Follow these steps once you are on the pairing page:
Start by connecting the mouse to the computer using a wired connection and
insert the V2M 4KHz dongle.
Disconnect the wired connection of the mouse by unplugging the cable.
Note : No neen connect the wire again
Turn off the power switch of the mouse, and then turn it back on.
Simultaneously press the left, middle, and right mouse buttons.Once you see the prompt “Pairing successful” the mouse is ready to be
used.If you encounter a situation where clicking
with the mouse doesn’t work after receiving the “Pairing successful”, simply
simultaneously click the left, middle, and right mouse buttons to restore
normal functionality.
Important notes
The speed of the pairing process may vary depending on your computer’s
configuration. If your computer takes longer to recognize the mouse, you may
need to wait for a prompt to proceed to the next step.
If the pairing process exceeds 30 seconds, prompt a “Pairing failed”. In such
a case, simply click on “Pairing” again to return to step 3 and initiate the
pairing process again.
After successful pairing, you can use the mouse and adjust the polling rate
Return to the parameter settings page, where you will find the USB Reporting
Rate options. You can choose between three modes: 1000Hz, 2000Hz, and 4000Hz.
