Installation method

Methods of use

Answers to common questions

  1. The wireless charging speed is too slow:
    Please choose a power supply with a higher power, it is recommended to use 5V 2.4A or above.

  2. Can’t charge wirelessly:
    A. Please confirm that your mobile phone must support wireless charging.
    B. You can adjust the position of the mobile phone appropriately.
    C. Try a new USB cable.
