DOMO DO632V Foot Warmer
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance can be used by children, starting from the age of 8 and up. And by persons with a physical or sensory limitation as well as, mentally limited persons or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge. On the condition that these persons have received the necessary instruction on how to use this appliance in a safe way and they must also know the dangers that can occur in using this appliance. Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Maintenance and cleaning of the appliance, cannot be done by children younger than 8 years old. This appliance is suitable to be in a household environment and in similar surroundings such as:
- Kitchen for personnel of shops, offices, or other similar professional surroundings.
- Farms
- Hotel or motel rooms and other surroundings with a residential character
- Guest rooms or similar
Attention:
This appliance can not be used with an external timer or separate remote
control.
- Use the Foot warmer only for the means as described in this instruction booklet.
- Only connect the appliance to the electrical circuit, if this complies with the rating label on the unit.
- Never bend the power cord or let it come in contact with hot parts.
- Unwind the cord completely to prevent overheating.
- Never place the appliance near objects which generate heat such as ovens, stoves, cooking plates, etc.
- 6. Don’t use the pad when the pad, de plug the cord or the switch have been damaged. When this is the case, don’t use the foot warmer but return it to the shop or contact our customer service. Don’t ever change the cord or plug yourself. Repairs on electrical appliances must be done by qualified persons. Wrongly executed repairs can lead to extreme danger for the user.
- Don’t ever use the pad with parts not recommended, installed or delivered
- When the foot warmer is not in use or when it is being cleaned don’t forget to remove the plug from the socket.
- Don’t pull the cord or the foot warmer to remove the plug from the socket. Don’t ever touch the foot warmer with wet hands.
- Keep the pad away from children. Children don’t understand the dangers that can occur when using electrical appliances. Therefore don’t let children use electrical appliances without supervision.
- Always make sure to store the appliance so children cannot reach it.
- Extension cords can only be used when the rated power of the extension cord is the same or higher than on the rating plate of the electrical appliance. Always use an approved extension cord.
- When you decide not to use the appliance anymore, because of a failure, we recommend that you remove the plug from the socket to cut off the power cord. Bring the appliance to the recycling center of your town.
- When malfunctions never repair yourself.
- Don’t pin needles or any other sharp objects into the foot warmer.
- When the foot warmer is connected :
- Don’t place any heavy objects on the foot warmer such as suitcases.
- Don’t place any heating source such as a hot water bottle on the pad.
- Don’t ever place the cord or plug in water or any other liquide.
- Don’t pull or twist the power cord. The switch cannot come in contact with humidity.
- Prevent animals to lie on the foot warmer.
- Don’t use the foot warmer when it is wet.
- The electrical and magnetic fields generated by this appliance may interfere with the working of your pacemaker. There check with your doctor and the manufacturer of your pacemaker first before using the blanket.
- Don’t let needy persons, small children, and/or people that are highly sensitive or insensitive to heat use the pad.
- This foot warmer can only be used as a foot warmer.
- The foot warmer isn’t meant to be used in a hospital.
- This appliance complies with the EG directive nr. 89/336/Eec for radio and TV interference.
- The device may not be used for persons who are not sensitive to heat or for infirm persons who are not capable of reacting to over-heating.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Before using the food warmer for the first time, you need to do the following: unwrap the foot warmer carefully and remove all packaging materials. Keep the packaging (plastic bags and cartons) away from children. Check the foot warmer after unpacking on visual damage, possibly caused by transport.
- Never use the foot warmer when it is folded, wrinkled, or tucked in.
- Don’t place any artificial heat sources, or heavy and/or sharp objects on the foot warmer.
- The foot warmer has overheating protection. This protection prevents the overheating of the foot warmer over the hole surface, by cutting the power when a malfunction occurs.
- Keep in mind that the foot warmer cannot be used anymore after this and needs to be returned to your vender.
TEMPERATURE SELECTION
The quickest way to heat up the foot warmer is to select the highest
temperature setting. If you need lesser warmth afterward you can lower the
temperature setting. Temperature settings: 0 = off
Heat choice between 1 and 2, in which 1 is the lowest setting and 2 is the
highest setting.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always remove the plug from the socket before every cleaning.
- The lining of the foot warmer can be washed in the washing machine.
- The foot warmer itself can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly afterward.
- Keep in mind that your foot warmer is an electrical appliance! The foot warmer, switch, cord and plug can never come in contact with water.
STORAGE OF THE FOOT WARMER
When you’re not using the foot warmer for a longer time, we recommend
repacking it in the original packaging and storing it in a dry place. Make
sure not to place any heavy object on it.
WARRANTY
This appliance has a two-year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures which are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions, or repairs executed by a third party. The warranty will only be valid if the warranty application has been completed by the dealer at the time of purchase. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.

This symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product may not be treated as household waste. Instead, it shall be brought to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. For more detailed information about recycling this product, please contact your local city office, your household waste disposal service, or the shop where you purchased the product. The packaging is recyclable. Please treat the package ecologically.
