Apps iCSee App for WiFi Network Mini Dome Camera

Product Information

The product complies with FCC Radiation exposure limits set forth for uncontrolled environment. It is recommended to install and operate the equipment with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body to ensure safety.

Product Usage Instructions

To ensure safe usage of the product, please follow the below instructions:

  1. When installing the equipment, ensure that the receiving antenna is reoriented or relocated to reduce interference.
  2. Ensure that there is enough separation between the equipment and receiver to reduce interference.
  3. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected to reduce interference.
  4. During operation, maintain a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body to ensure safety.

Notice
While using this product, please modify the user password, to avoid the delinquents misappropriation.
Do not install the equipment in damp, dusty, children easy access to the venue.
Use and store in the allowable temperature and humidity range.

Instructions

App and device firmware will have new update irregularly, you could upgrade it online at app setting, instructions are for reference only.

Operation

Download APP
Tips one:Scan QR code.

Tips two :Search “iCSee” in the App store or Googleplay and download.

Power on
Install TF card first, then connect the camera to the power outlet.

Camera configuration

Wireless network configuration:
Currently, the 2.4G WiFi, which supports the 802.11b/g protocol, does not support 5G WiFi, Please keep the phone and router connected via 2.4G.

  1. User login

    • open the app “iCSee”, choose the “login”
      (If you don’t have user name, please register first).

    • Click on the “register” account and log in, you can select a third party to log in WeChat. (picture 1)
      Note: After power on the camera, you can hear: “wait to be configured “from the speaker If you can’t hear “wait to be configured ” you can long- press the reset button for 6 seconds, then you will hear: “restore the camera to factory settings, pls don’t power off” after camera reboot then you will hear: “wait to be configured

  2. Add device

    • After Click”+”Enter to “Add device”, Click Next,please input

      Note:
    1. Add my camera (recommended: quickly connect the camera to the router;
    2. Add my camera (AP mode): Connect the camera to the router in the A mode;
    3. Add a shared camera: add a camera that others share with yourself. It is added by entering the camera serial number or shared information or scanning the QR code of the device;
    4. Add the camera for the unified router: the camera is connected to the router, and when the mobile phone is connected to the router, you can add the camera in this way;
    5. AP hot spot console direct connection: the camera does not need to connect to the external network to view real-time video and video. If you are unable to connect,close the flow and try again.
  3. Connect camera to the WiFi

    • The APP terminal issues alert tone of “Connecting, please wait”,representing that the device is in configuration
    • After a moment, the APP terminal issues a tone of “Connect Router successfully”, and set the login password.

  4. Open the video

  5. Open cloud storage
    Recommend you use cloud storage as video won’t lose.
    Followbelow steps to start cloud storage: Click Cloud in the device list – Cloud storage – Open cloud storage ( picture 7, 8 )

Wired network configuration

Note: When connecting the network cable, please configure as follows

After login successfully, click “+” in the upper right corner,and select the third way “Add device in the same WLAN” (picture 9).

  • Enter into “Device Searching” interface, click on the searched camera (picture 10):The camera will be shown online, which indicates that the wired network configuration of camera is complete.
  • Click to enter the view interface, and you can do related operations and settings. (picture 5, 6)

FAQ

Q: what should be done when the camera is not connected or the exception is offline in use?

  1. Check if the camera power supply and router network are normal
  2. Reseat the camera power supply and restart the camera
  3. Restore the camera to the factory settings (press the camera Reset key for about 6 seconds until you hear the prompt “do not turn off the power in the restore factory settings”), and then reconnect according to the operation guide.

Q: what should I do if I forget the device access password?
A: reconnect the camera and set the new device access password after restoring the factory settings. Note: device access password involves privacy and security, please be careful.

Q: what should I do if the memory card is not recognized?
A: reseat the camera power supply and restart the camera.
