• Can the earbuds be used separately?
  Yes, but it does not work well. I’ve had some significant issues using one earbud. Transparency mode did not work on one earbud, and the connection was not stable; it dropped after about 40 minutes (off of a fully charged battery) and would not respond or reconnect until I inserted it in the case and removed it.

• Can I control the volume with the touch controls?
  Sure! You can control volume up and down, track skip up and down, answer and reject calls, switch transparency, and your voice assistant on (and off) all with a few taps. Our image in the main slides above shows all you can do. Enjoy.

• If my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop is Bluetooth 4, will these earbuds work?
  Yes. Our Melomania Touch earbuds have been tested on Lenovo Thinkpad and X1 Carbon laptops running Bluetooth 4.0 and work successfully. After pairing one earbud (L or R) a permission request should come up on the laptop asking to pair the other earbud. Then in the Bluetooth devices listing ONE earbud (L or R) should show as connected and the other as disconnected.

• Are these better sound quality compared to AirPods pro?
  We think they are, our acoustic engineers have worked fanatically to deliver their very best. But don’t just take our words to fit it… Search online for Melomania Touch independent reviews such as this one from headphone experts the master switch who say: “We can confidently say that in terms of sound quality, they absolutely wipe the floor with earbuds like the $235 Apple AirPods Pro.

• Do these offer wireless charging?
  Does not have wireless charging, just USB C fast charging.

• Does anyone notice an improvement in music quality using a high-definition music service with the melomania touch earbuds?
  I have been using the melomania touch for 8 months now and feel they were a good purchase. I have had multiple other buds and none of them stand up to the touches. The one constant has been my premium Spotify. So yes the quality of the melomania is superior. In my opinion, they are more able to deliver the hifi the others were not. It just so happens that the melomania is the most expensive buds I’ve owned, by quite a bit actually. I am very pleased with the touch buds and would recommend them to anyone without pause.

• Have the connectivity issues really been resolved after August 2021, in anyone’s experience?
  Yes, so far zero connection issue for me with v2.1.9.

• Do these earbuds have dual Bluetooth? can I use the left one alone while the right one is charging and vice versa?
  Yes, each earbud can be used separately, if you wish to.

• Are these compatible with Comply foam ear tips? What model?
  Melomania Touch has been designed for use specifically with silicone ear tips (we provide three separate sizes of silicone ear tips with Melomania Touch in the box; small, medium, and large). These silicone ear tips are designed to sit comfortably against the opening to your ear canal and to stay there and seal your ear canal from outside noise. In our experience, using a foam ear tip that naturally expands once they sit in the ear could push the earbud out from its natural position within the ear canal, causing discomfort and reducing the optimum fit of the earbud. It is for this reason that we do not recommend that foam ear tips of any type are used with Melomania Touch.

• Do these have a sidetone feature (the ability to hear your own voice during a call, not just ambient sound)?
  We have taken time to optimize voice performance as best possible but, like most brands, we do not enable sidetone during calls because this is prone to produce a feedback squeal that gives an unpleasant user experience.
