Safety and Care

Safety

  1. Place and use the cart with kamado in a safe and level spot. Do not place it on a slope, uneven surface or under low trees or branches.
  2. All fasteners should be assembled securely. Make use of tools provided for fastening all hardware precisely.
  3. Ensure to lock the casters after placing the cart in designated usage area.
  4. For the side tables, refrain from loading excessive weight. These should not be loaded more than 22 Lbs.
  5. Always keep children and pets at a safe distance from the oven when in use.

Care

  1. To clean the cart use a non-abrasive cleaner once the unit has fully cooled.
  2. After complete cooling of Kamado or when not in use, unit should be stored with Cart cover. This will prevent the product from dirt and dust.

Wooden Parts
Oiling teak parts regularly will preserve its original golden brown appearance. Follow the below steps for oiling:

  1. Place a cloth or newspaper beneath the teak parts to catch spills. Put on gloves to avoid getting oil on your hand, which may cause skin irritation.
  2. Clean the wooden parts with water and mild soap.
  3. Dry the wooden parts after cleaning and leave them for 24–36 hours to remove all moisture before applying the oil.
  4. Apply teak oil by using a paint brush.
  5. Wait fifteen minutes, then wipe down with a cloth.
  6. Reapply regularly. Your wooden parts will fade in color if oil is not reapplied.
