Place the machine on a smooth, flat, and stable working surface. Don’t put it close to heat (fireplace, oven, etc…)

Care shall be taken when handling the accessories, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.

Operating This Product
USING THE MIXING BOWL
- In order to lift the arm, rotate the Locking lever (2) clockwise. The arm will now move upwards. (FIG1)
- Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (Step0) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place (Step®). (FIG2)
- Attach the required accessories (Dough hook or Beater or Whisk) by inserting the top into the output shaft, and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG3 & FIG4)
- Now fill the bowl with your ingredients. Do not overfill the machine – the maximum quantity of ingredients is 950g.
- Place one hand on top of the Mixer Head and with another hand downward rotation of the Tilt Button as per the arrow shown. Push the Mixer Head down so that it is in the horizontal position and the Dough Hook, Beater or Whisk attachment is inside the Mixing Bowl. Release the “Tilt” button.
- Lay the Bowl Cover on the Bowl and then push it horizontally to the right to cover the bowl.
- Insert the main plug into a properly installed 120V-60 Hz safety power socket.
- Switch the machine using the speed button to a speed between 1 and 8 (corresponding to the mixture).
- For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the “PULSE” position. The switch has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it returns automatically to the “0.. position.
- After kneading/stirring, turn the Speed Knob back to the “0” position as soon as the mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.
- Push the locking lever (2) downwards and the arm will be raised.
- The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.
- The mixing bowl can now be removed.
- Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.
NOTE
- Max operating time: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down for a further ten minutes.
- When kneading dough, do not go over speed 5 to prevent the machine from wobbling.
- While in use, the top cover can become hot. It’s normal. It will not affect the performance of the machine.

CLEANING
- Before cleaning remove the plug from the socket.
- Never immerse the housing with the motor in the water!
- Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
Motor Housing
Only a damp rinsing cloth should be used to clean the outside of the housing.
Mixing Bowl and Mixing Equipment
CAUTION :
- The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners they might become misshapen or discolored.
- Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
- Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. If
you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other
household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health
from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please
use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the
product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe
recycling.

1 Year Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this
period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or
component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible
for all costs associated with returning the product to us. If the product or
component is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar one of
equal or greater value. Prior to a replacement being sent, the product must be
rendered inoperable or returned to us.
This warranty does not cover glass, fitters, wear from normal use, use not in
conformity with the printed directions., or damage to the product resulting
from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the
original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales
receipt, as proof of purchase, is required to make a warranty claim. This
warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household
use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as on the specified
rating on the label (e.g., 120V-60Hz).
