Equipment setup
The Wind Turbine accessory is designed to be attached to the Energy Transfer
Generator to create a wind energy turbine. There are two versions of the
Energy Transfer Generator: ET-8771A and
ET-8771B. Follow the directions below for your version of the Energy Transfer
generator.
ET-8771B instructions
- Remove the knob and three-step pulley from the ET-Generator.
- Slide the spacer that comes with the Wind Turbine onto the generator shaft.
- Push the Wind Turbine onto the generator shaft so that the turbine blades curve away from the generator. Note that the Wind Turbine fits tightly on the generator shaft.
- Screw the ET-Generator knob onto the shaft. Do not use the thumb nut that comes with the Wind Turbine.
ET-8771A instructions
- Remove the thumbnut and three-step pulley from the E Generator.
- Slide the spacer that comes with the Wind Turbine onto the generator shaft.
- Push the Wind Turbine onto the generator shaft so that the turbine blades curve away from the generator. Note that the wind turbine fits tightly on the generator shaft.
- Screw the thumbnut that comes with the Wind Turbine onto the shaft.
