Technical data

  • Ta: -25 … +60 °C (-13 … +140 °F)
  • IP 20
  • Pollution degree 3

Front view with operating controls

  1. Indication of operational states with LEDsEATON-EMR6-N100-N-1-Electric-Level-Monitoring-Relay-fig-9
  2. Adjustment of the resistance threshold value
  3. Preselection of the resistance range (only EMR6‑N1000‑N‑1 and EMR6‑N1000‑A‑1)
  4. Function selector switch (depending on device)
  5. Adjustment of the time delay (only EMR6‑N1000‑A‑1)

Electrical connection

For the rated control supply voltage, see label at the side of the unit.

  • A1-A2; A2-A3 Control supply voltage Us
  • 11-12/14 Output relay
  • 1115-1216/1418 Output relay
  • 2125-2226/2428 Output relay

Electrode connection

  • C Reference electrode
  • MIN Minimum level electrode
  • MAX Maximum level electrode

Attention:
EMR6‑N100‑N‑1, EMR6‑N1000‑N‑1: In case of switching currents > 2 A, lateral spacing to other units has to be min. 10 mm (0.394 in).

The liquid level monitoring relays can also be operated with 2 electrodes C and MAX only. In this case the output relay contacts switch around the filling level MAX.
