Overview
Through a local 2.4G WiFi network, the EPEVER WiFi 2.4G RJ45 C can transmit
all operational data from the EPEVER solar controller, inverter, or
inverter/charger to the
EPEVER cloud server in real-time. Users can remotely monitor the connected
devices and program parameters via the EPEVER server platform, and mobile APP.

Appearance

❶RJ45 connector: Connect to the RJ45 port of the controller, inverter, or inverter/charger. RJ45 Pin Definition:

Working processes

① Connect the WiFi adapter to the RJ45 port of the EPEVER controller,
inverter, or inverter/charger.
WARNING: The WiFi adapter is not available to the LS-B series. If the
WiFi adapter is installed in a metal confined space, the signal transmission
will be influenced, depending on the material and tightness of the metal
confined space.
② Add the WiFi adapter into the EPEVER cloud by the PC or mobile APP. Take the
APP as an example to introduce remote monitoring through the mobile phone.
- Scenario 1: There is a local 2.4G WiFi network. The WiFi adapter can upload the collected data to the EPEVER cloud automatically.
Step1: Turn on the WiFi switch on the mobile phone, and connect to the local WiFi network (2.4G WiFi network is a must).
Step2: Open the EPEVER Pair APP and
Click the “EPEVER Cloud” icon.| Step3: Click the “Wifi On Cloud” icon.| Step4:
Connect to the WiFi network as prompts (take “Search for hotspots” as an
example).
Step5: Input password or tick “Original password,” click the “Connect” icon.|
Step6: Input WiFi password, and click
“Write” to connect.| Step7: After showing 100%, click “Confirm.”
(Optional)Step8: Add the connected controller, inverter, or inverter/charger to the cloud platform via the PC or APP. Detail operations refer to the EPEVER Cloud User Manual.
Step9: On the APP home page, click “EPEVER Cloud” to log in for the remote
monitor.
Note: The remote monitor can also be operated by
PC—https://iot.epsolarpv.com.
- There is no local 2.4G WiFi network. The WiFi adapter cannot upload the collected data to the EPEVER cloud.
Step1: Turn on the WiFi switch, open the APP and click “Local.”| Step2: Click the WiFi adapter as prompts. Then enter the local monitoring (only the downloaded models can be monitored).
