Wireless Headset Instructions Clearing the “Master” Headset
When programming a replacement headset, the “Master” unit needs to be cleared before a “Remote” unit can be linked to it.
Follow the steps below to clear the “Master” unit.
All remote units should be “OFF” before starting this process.

  1. Install battery in “Master” headset and turn power switch “ON”. The blue LED will begin to flash.

  2.  Press and hold down the programming button (blue LED) on “Master” headset for five seconds.
    Blue LED will begin flashing Blue and Red.

  3. Press the programming button (blue LED) 7 times. The blue LED will stop flashing, and then go out. At this point the “Master” has no remotes programmed to it, and is ready to be linked to a remote headset.
    Start at step 2 of “Wireless Headset Programming Instructions” below to link remote headsets.

Wireless Headset Programming Instructions

  1. Install battery in “Master” headset and turn power switch “ON”.

  2. Install battery in “Remote” headset.

  3. Press and hold programming button (blue LED) on “Master” headset for five seconds. Blue LED will begin flashing Blue and Red. This indicates that the “Master” is ready to link to a “Remote” headset.

  4. On the “Remote” headset, press the volume DOWN arrow 3 times and then press and HOLD the volume UP arrow. Once the LED on the remote starts flashing, release the volume UP arrow.

  5. The pairing process can take from 5-30 seconds. When the headsets link, the “Remote” headset will flash twice quickly, then go solid. The “Master” headset will go from a flashing LED to a solid LED.
    When both LEDʼs are solid blue, the headsets can communicate.

  6. In order to program additional headsets, power down the “Remote” headset by holding the power button for five seconds. The LED on the “Master” will go out. Press and hold the programming button on the
    “Master” for five seconds until the blue LED begins flashing then repeat steps 4 and 5.

Each “Master” headset can have up to 4 remote headsets linked to it at one time. For more headsets the HUB unit is required.

Clearing the HUB Mini-Base

When programming a replacement headset, the HUB mini-base needs to be cleared before a “Remote” unit can be linked to it. Follow the steps below to clear the HUB.
All remote units should be “OFF” before starting this process.

  1. Install battery in HUB mini-base and turn power switch “ON”.
  2. Behind the belt clip on the rear of the HUB, press and hold programming button “1” on the HUB for five seconds. The red LED will begin flashing.
  3. Press the #1 programming button 7 times. The red LED will begin a rapid flashing for approximately 10 seconds, and then go out. At this point the HUB has no remotes programmed to channel 1.
  4. Press and hold programming button “2” on the HUB for five seconds. The red LED will begin flashing.
  5. Press the #2 programming button 7 times. The red LED will begin a rapid flashing for approximately 10 seconds, and then go out. At this point the HUB has no remotes programmed to channel 2.
  6. The HUB mini-base now has no headsets programmed to it and is ready to link to “Remote” headsets. Follow the instructions under “HUB Mini-Base Programming Instructions” below to link headsets.

HUB Mini-Base Programming Instructions

  1. Start with all “Remote” headsets powered “OFF”.

  2. Ensure the HUB is powered “ON”.

  3. Behind the belt clip on the rear of the HUB, press and hold programming button “1” (to program to channel 1) or “2” (to program to channel 2) on HUB mini base for five seconds. Red LED will begin flashing.
    This indicates that the HUB is ready to link to a “Remote” headset.

  4. Install battery in “Remote” headset and power “ON” (this may take around 5 seconds). Press the volume DOWN arrow 3 times and then press and HOLD the volume UP arrow. Once the LED on the remote starts flashing blue and red, release the volume UP arrow.

  5. The pairing process can take from 5-30 seconds. When the headsets link, the “Remote” headset LED will go solid blue. The “Remote” headset should now be paired.

  6. In order to program additional headsets, power down the “Remote” headset by holding the power button for a few seconds or remove the battery. Select the next headset for pairing an re-follow these instructions from step 3.

Each HUB mini-base can have up to 8 remote headsets paired. A maximum of 4 headsets can be paired to each channel (1 & 2)
