Mercedes Benz GL63 AMG Children Electrical Car

Would you please to read this specification carefully before installation inorder to avoid operating errors or damages. Make sure that the baby will be safe. The user should safekeeping the specification.

Specification

Kind reminder

• Installation should be done by adults.

• Put small parts out of the young children’s reach 3 years old or even younger.

• The children can not drive alone without adults.After charging the storage battery by the adults, the children can use the car.

• Put the plastic bags far away form the children.

• Please check the product regularly to make sure that the electric wire, plugs, outer case and other parts are normal. If something is damaged, please stop using the car until it is fixed.

• Two AM dry cells are for the remote controller.

• Use all the cells or batteries in right way.

• If the line with no connection Do not insert the output socket.

• The instruction is important, please don’t throw away!

• The toy should be used with caution since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
  Warming! not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Choking hazard!

• Transformers or battery charger user with the toy are to be regularly examined for damage the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts and in event of such damage, they must not be used to until that damage had been repaired.

• The packaging must be retained since it contains important information. Warming. Not to be used in traffic.

Parts Names

Installation Steps

lnstall the front wheel:

• Put one shim on each side of the front wheel axle, then put 1 wheel on every side of the front wheel axle.
• Put one shim to every side of the wheel, and then tight the M10 self-locking nut.
• Put the cover of the wheel aim at the wheel and firmly screw.

lnstall rear wheels:

• Make the rear axle penetrate the car body, put two motors according to right and left on both side of the car.
• Then put the wheels on both sides, put on the gaskets, and tighten the nut (Referring to Picture 2)
• At last install, the wheel cup, tighten by the self-tapping screw tool, then finish the back wheel. (Referring to Picture 2)

lnstall the seat
First, connect the positive wire of the battery cell well, and then install the seat to the position as the picture shows. The reference column, which is at the back of the seat, should be installed rightly to the hole of the car body. Use the screw M4*12 to tight.(Referring Picture3)

lnstall the steering wheel
First, connect the key-press lines of the steering wheel with the line of car body, and pull out of the screw into the steering rod and aim at the hole, piercing and screwing down. (Referring Picture4)

2.4G Remote control instructions:

1. Press two buttons of “forward” and “backward” about 3 seconds to start the code and the light is glittering.
2. Turn on the power switch, the light is always lighting. The code is completed, and then the car can normally use.
3. Press the “S” button to adjust speed. One light means low speed, two lights means medium speed, and three lights means high speed. Press “P” button means stop and all lights are glittering.
   Note: the remote control should be used by adult， and children don’t touch.

Operation instruction

• Take out the R./C Box, and packed the battery
• Press the frequency button 2-4 seconds until light flashing at lower- speed
• Open on/off button, lower- speed lights from flashing to normal,t means ok
• If frequency are failure (lower-speed flashing).you should take out battery and try again.
• After 10 secondsR/C box have no operation indicator’s sign It means cars enter into power save mode
• Button instruction forward/Backward/left/right S speed button P emergency braking after pressing button driving are prohibited and if pressing again driving are allowed.

• Wnen tne car meets some oostacle,it will stop.Tne car will move aain once lne ooslacle is movea away.
• Do not drove the car in the water . Do not put the water or liquid on the car.
• Do not drive the car in the romm to protect children and furniture.
• When the battery is in low power, the car just go forward, but not left or right When it can not gofarther or shaKe, you should change the new battery at once.
• Please turn off the power when the car is not driven. If the car is not driven for a long time, please plug out the battery connector.

Kind reminder for charging:

• MaKe sure the batte has been charged over 1 Bhours before the first time use.
• Connect the charger connector to the batte connector,then insert the charger on the plug.
• After using 1 hour, you should charge in time. It taKes 8 to12 hours to charge normally.
• Do not charge over 20 hours.
• It is normal to have some heat for charger and batte when it is charging.(Lower than 60 C)
• In order to protect the chair,batte and circuit, please use especial charger and batte from our facto.
• Connecting terminal can not be a short circuit.
• MaKe the batte charge once a month at least when the car is not driven for a long time.

1. Taking away the seat first, and unscrewing the batte cover,finally get out of or put in the batter, and then screwing the batte cover,finally put the seat as well as screwing the bolt
