Warm tips

  1. Submersible Pump:

    • The pump needs to be completely immersed in water.
    • The diving depth needs to exceed 15 cm (6 feet) of water level to prevent inhalation of air.
  2. Non-Submersible Pump:

    • Place the pump next to the pool below the water surface.
    • Remove the front net.
    • Connect the water pipe.
    • Use the height difference between the water surface and the pump to fill the pump with water.
  3. The water temperature should not exceed 35℃ (95℉) and do not let the pump
    freeze in the wintertime

  4. The electrical connection should be placed in a water-proof area and should be at least 2 meters (6 feet) away from the edge of the pond.

  5. Please keep the water clean to prolong the life of the pump.

  6. Keep the electrical connections dry! Ensure that the electrical cord loops below the electrical outlet to form a “Drip Loop”. This will prevent water from running down the cord into the electrical outlet.

  7. The pump has a built-in thermal overload device which prevents the pump from overheating. The pump must be allowed to cool down before restarting.

Maintenance

  1. Clean the pump regularly to ensure performance.
  2. When cleaning the blockage in the pump body, disconnect the power supply first and then disassemble it correctly according to the steps.
  3. Use a soft cloth to clean the impeller and clean the pump with clear water.
  4. Remove the pump inlet to access the impeller. Turn around the rotor to check if it is broken or jammed.
  5. Check the pump inlet, outlet, and connecting pipe for blockages.
