Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt, and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

General Safety Instructions

  • This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the device and its supply cord out of reach of children. The device may be used by persons with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge only if they are under supervision or they have been instructed about using the appliance safely and understand the potential dangers. Children must not play with the appliance.
  • Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, which move during operation, before assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!
  • Do not leave the appliance plugged in the power supply without supervision!
  • If the power cord of the appliance is corrupted, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or a similarly qualified person so as to prevent dangerous situations.
  • Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly if it fell down and was damaged and it is leaking. In this case, take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
  • The appliance is designed only for household use and similar applications (preparing food)! It is not designed for commercial use and for use in facilities such as kitchenettes for staff in shops, offices or farms, or in other work environments. The appliance is not intended for use by clients in hotels, motels, B&B facilities and other accommodation facilities.
  • Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
  • To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
  • Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

  • Ensure the supply voltage is the same as shown on the rating label.
  • The cutting blade is extremely sharp, handle carefully.
  • Then remove and wash the cutting blade please touch the plastic in the top side. To avoid a hazard, do not touch the cutting blade.
  • Never turn on the power until the appliance is fully and properly assembled, unplug from outlet before removing the jug.
  • Please remove the cutting blade before cleaning the container.
  • Do not remove the motor housing until the cutting blade stops completely.
  • Make sure the motor housing, supply cord, and plug never get wet in any way.
  • Do not put the cable on a hot surface or hang it over the edge of a table. Your children are hurt when they are trying to drag the cable and pull down the machine.
  • This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
  • Never place the appliance carelessly.
  • The plastic material used for the chopper is non-toxic.
  • Do not run the appliance when it is full of liquid.
  • Do not run the appliance unloaded.

Instruction for use

Please remove all packages. Wash all the parts and attachments in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Chopping

  • Place the blade P3 onto the axis in the bowl P2 and place the ingredient to be chopped in the bowl.
  •  Fit the lid P4 onto the bowl P2 by turning it until it locks into place.
  • Place set the motor unit P1 onto the bowl/lid by turning gently in order to push the blade axis into the motor unit axis.
  • Plug in the appliance.
  • Press the control switch P5 and keep it pressed in, the Moulinette will start working.
  • Press the motor housing intermittently in order to repeat the operation until the desired results are reached.
  • If the appliance does not run smoothly please pour out a part of the ingredient.
  • Release the button P5 and wait for the blade to stop.
  • Remove the motor unit P1 and unlock the lid (P4) by turning in the opposite direction where it was assembled. Remove the blade(P3) carefully.

Warning

  • Do not process the coffee bean, ice, and chocolate, the cutting blade may become damaged.
  • Do not operate the machine for more than one minute at a time. It is recommended to operate the machine ON and OFF in 10sec intervals. If the machine was on for one minute, let it cool off for at least 3min, otherwise, damage can occur.

NOTE: The plastic accessories could not beat the high temperature. Never use in a microwave oven.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning the motor unit.
  2. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water and do not rinse it either.
  3. To make cleaning easier, rinse removable accessories straight away after use.
  4. Wash and dry the blade and bowl. Avoid using a scouring pad, or harsh abrasives. Dry with a soft, clean cloth.
    Note: We recommend cleaning all parts of the appliance by hand in warm soapy water except for the motor unit, cord set, and plug.

Warning: Care must be taken when handling the metal blade as these items are extremely sharp.

Troubleshooting

The device is not working

  • Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
  • Check the positions of the switches.
  • The appliance will only operate if the motor unit is locked into place correctly.
