QUICK START GUIDE

Your PG-P Type F requires an appropriate power source. If you are not sure your source is correct, consult with your local power company. The AC plug end of your PG-P Type F is intended to be plugged into the power outlet in a specific orientation. This orientation can change depending on the outlet. To verify proper installation, follow these instructions: With the unit powered OFF, insert the AC plug into the power outlet. All LED indicators should remain off until the PG-P Type F’s power switch is engaged. If the ground light illuminates prior to engaging the PG-P Type F’s power switch – remove the AC plug and rotate it 180 degrees. Next, with the unit still powered OFF, insert the AC plug back into the outlet. All LED indicators should now be appropriately off. Plug in your equipment to the PG-P Type F. Turn on the power. The LED indicators will light up to confirm noise filtering, surge protection and ground connection are all in proper order.
Enjoy filtered power!

  1. Filtered Outlets: These outlets employ the PG-P Type F power filtering.

  2. ON/OFF Switch: Once the PG-P
Type F is plugged into a grounded 230VAC outlet, turning the POWER switch to the ON position will power the components plugged into all outlets.

  3. GROUND OK: When this is on, the PG-P Type F is plugged into a properly grounded power source. If the LED is not on, unplug the unit from the power source and correct the fault.

  4. Protection ON: When this LED is on, the PG-P Type F’s power surge circuitry is functioning correctly. If this LED is OFF, the circuit has malfunctioned. If it is OFF, unplug the unit immediately.

  5. Clean Power On: This LED indicates that the PG-P Type F is providing clean, beautiful AC power to all connected components.

  6. Ultra-high Current AC PowerCable: integral high power, heavy duty AC cable to maximize power transfer to high current components such as amplifiers.

The lightning flash with an arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
