SAFETY

  • Always position the drum/barrel at the rear of the cradle before attempting to move the trolley.
  • DO NOT load more than one drum/barrel.
  • DO NOT overload the trolley – the maximum capacity is 450kg.
  • DO NOT allow others to ride on the trolley.
  • Only use the trolley on firm, level, unobstructed surfaces which are capable of supporting the trolley and wheel.
  • DO NOT use on tarmacadam. The trolley must only be used on a concrete surface.
  • Replace or repair damaged parts. Use only recommended parts. Unauthorized parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
  • WARNING Failure to comply with these instructions may result in loss of load, damage to a trolley or other property, and/or personal injury.

 INTRODUCTION

Rigid steel construction is suitable for the safe movement and storage of steel and plastic barrels. Cradle fitted with two, smooth-rolling, heavy-duty, 150mm wheels and one 75mm castor. 2-Position handle locks upright or at 45° and features tools for five different drum caps and a metal drum tilting attachment.

ASSEMBLY

Refer to Parts List

  • Insert handle.

OPERATION

  • Position the trolley in front of the drum.
  • Remove the handle from the trolley and use it to tilt the drum.
  • Push the trolley cradle under the tilted drum.
  • Refit the handle to the trolley and transport drum.

MAINTENANCE

Daily: check for damage.

Monthly: oil wheels.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

Warranty
