read this disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as “Disclaimer”) and AutoXing
Intelligent Delivery Robot Standard Version AX1112 User Manual (hereinafter
referred to as “User Manual”) carefully to ensure the correct settings of the
product. Failure to follow this Disclaimer and User Manual may result in
injury to the operator or other personnel or damage to the product or objects
in its environment.
AutoXing reserves the right of final interpretation of the Disclaimer and User
manual, and all relevant documents of the product (hereinafter collectively
referred to as “Product Documents”).
Once you start using the product, you are deemed to have read the Product
Documents carefully and have understood, agreed, and accepted all terms and
contents of the Product Documents. If you have any objections to any of the
terms of the Disclaimer, you shall immediately stop using the products and
services provided by AutoXing. You are committed to being fully responsible
for using the product and for any possible consequences. You promise to use
the product only for legal and legitimate purposes, and not to use the product
in any way that can directly or indirectly violate Chinese laws and social
ethics.
All personal injuries, accidents, property losses, legal disputes, and other
adverse events resulting in conflicts of interest caused by irresistible
factors shall be borne by you, and AutoXing shall not bear any liability.
AutoXing shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or legal liability caused
by failure to use the product in accordance with the Product Documents. You
shall comply with all safety instructions including but not limited to those
mentioned in this Disclaimer. Despite the above provisions, your consumer
rights and interests are still protected by local laws and regulations. Our
company reserves the right to modify technical parameters and function
settings due to product software upgrades. Our company reserves the right to
adjust the hardware configuration due to the adjustment of hardware technical
parameters. To realize the latest features described in this user manual, it
is necessary to update the robot’s software.
This User Manual is for users’ reference only, and the description may not be
exhaustive. Please refer to the actual objects for more details. If you have
encountered problems that cannot be solved, please contact after-sales
service.
The product pictures in this User Manual are schematic diagrams, and please
refer to the final product.
Notice
Please avoid the following behaviors when using AutoXing Intelligent
Delivery Robot AX1112. In case of the following illegal use, the customer
shall bear all relevant costs, relevant legal liabilities, and risks.
Failure or damage of the product caused by failure to use, maintain or keep
the product according to the User Manual;
Product damage caused by unexpected factors, such as inputting mismatch
voltage, high temperature, water inflow, mechanical damage, falling and
broken, severe oxidation, rusting or circuit board burning, etc.;
Product damage caused by human behavior: such as collision caused by human
blocking in front of the robot, or damage caused by robot tilt due to human
behaviors;
Product failure or damage caused by using pirated software, product failure or
damage caused by virus infection during use;
Product failure or damage caused by soaking, damping, getting mildew, insect
damage or animal gnawing, and other improper use of the product;
Product failure or damage caused by force majeure (fire, earthquake, flood,
etc.);
Disassemble the robot or charging pile without permission is not allowed,
otherwise, you will lose the warranty qualification;
Do not use this product in dangerous environments, such as high temperature
and high pressure, inflammable and explosive places, etc.;
Do not use this product outdoors;
Do not use this product in places without fences or staircases or escalators,
which may lead to injuries caused by robot falling;
When minors are using the product, guardians should fulfill the duty of
guardianship to prevent the robot from tilting or tipping due to external
forces so as to prevent damage;
Do not put any part of your body or other objects under the robot chassis.
This behavior may cause damage to the robot in the process of movement;
Do not use the robot to deliver liquid (open container), so as to avoid short
circuits or high-temperature burns caused by spilled liquid.
Application Scenarios
This product is suitable for catering places, large indoor entertainment
places, conference centers, etc. It can complete the distribution of meals,
tableware, drinks, etc. by operating on the screen interface of the robot. The
product has functions of automatic navigation, obstacle avoidance and etc.
Transportation and StorageScenarios
The robot should be fixed in the packing box or transfer box during storage and transportation, and measures should be taken to prevent moisture, vibration, and impact during transportation. This product contains lithium batteries. Please ship according to relevant local laws and regulations. If the robot is not in use for a long time, please turn it off after being fully charged and store it in a dry place of -10 — 50 degrees Celsius. If the conditions of transportation and storage do not meet requirements, an agreement needs to be reached between us and the customer.

**Basic Functions

Power on & off
Power on: Long press the power button for 5s to power on.
Power off: Long press the power button for 5s to directly power off. -
Charging
Push the robot to the front of the charging pile, and face the charging pad toward the charging pile. Access the charging pad under the robot to the charging pad on the charging pile to fully connect both sides. When the light on the upper right corner of the charging pile turns green and blinks, the robot is charging. When it is fully charged or does not need to be charged, you can move the robot away from the charging pile. -
Emergency Braking
Basic Functions
Under special circumstances, you can press the emergency stop button below the
robot. At the same time, the robot will stop operation. Press the emergency
stop button again, the machine will continue the task.
Press the button to enter emergency stop mode and press the button again to
resume the task.

FAQ

| Unable to boot | The battery is low, please push the robot to the charging |

Unable to charge| The charging pile is not connected to the power supply.
Please make sure that the cable of the charging pile is properly connected to
the power socket. Please make sure that the robot is in good contact with the
charging cable.
Network anomaly| Wifi or SIM card signal is bad, please confirm that the robot
can is in good signal coverage. If the Wifi or SIM card network connection is
abnormal, please reconnect the network in system settings.
Location lost| Please push the robot to the charging pile for reset.
Navigation anomalies| Please clear the temporary obstacles in front of the
robot/ target point and try to continue the task or cancel the task or push
the robot to the charging pile for reset; Restart the robot if necessary.
A message indicating that the task is not
completed| In the delivery task, if the goods are not picked up in time and
the robot returns over time, the unfinished task can be canceled or the task
can be restarted.
Unable to recognize sounds| The network signal is bad, please confirm that the
robot is in good network signal coverage. Environment noise decibel is too
high, please move the robot to a suitable environment.
Unable to recognize faces| The camera is blocked, please clear the blockage at
the camera.
The light is too strong or the face is backlit. Please move the robot to a
suitable place.
Unable to move| The emergency stop button is pressed, please release the
robot.
The wheels got stuck by litter. Please clean up after shutting down the robot
and push the robot to the charging
pile for reset.
