INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING
These instructions are designed to be used on 2014 and newer Polaris RZR Models. This subwoofer enclosure is designed specifically to work with these types of machines. If you have a different year or model machine, check with your authorized Memphis Audio dealer or contact Memphis Audio customer service at 800-489-2300 prior to attempting installation. These kits are not designed to be used with any other model or year vehicle. Attempting to install these speakers on any other vehicle may result in permanent damage to your vehicle.

1. Remove the center hood piece,

2. Remove the 2 T40 screws holding down the top dash cover,

3. Lift and pull back the top dash cover to release the clips holding it in place. Unplug the gauge and switches making sure not to damage the vehicle ignition wiring.
   

4. Remove the Torx head screw from the dash pocket brace. After this isremoved the plastic dash pocket and bracket can be pulled out of the dash. Next remove the two (2) T40 screws holding the dashboard in place.

5. Carefully lift the dash out of the vehicle. If the locking clips have fallen off, place them back onto the locking tabs on the dash. These are needed to re-assemble the dashboard,

6. Remove the two (2) 10mm hex bolts that are holding the glove box to the vehicle frame. When the screws are removed, the glove box can be lowered down out of the enclosure.

7. Now you can place the Memphis subwoofer into the glove box location and reinstall the two (2) hex bolts from step 7. Install the supplied Torx screw in the lower mounting hole aligning with the factory hole in the footwell and tighten.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

• The RED wire should be connected directly to the battery’s positive terminal and fused with a 30A fuse.
• The BLACK wire should be directly connected to the battery’s negative terminal
• If your vehicle is equipped with Polaris buss bar kit, the RED and BLACK wires can be connected to the buss bar under the hood on the firewall. The RED wire will still need to be fused.
• The BLUE wire can be connected to the ACC / KEY TURN ON located on the buss bar of any vehicle.
• Connect the RCA inputs to the signal source of your choice.
• Turn the unit on and check to make sure everything works. Set the gain using the gain pot that is attached to the ORANGE/GRAY wires. Set the gain to the bass level desired.
• The included EBC can be connected and mounted to a desired location to allow easy trim adjustment of the bass level after the gain has been set.
• Replace all the parts and screws that have been removed to return the vehicle back to its completed assembly state.

Warranty Information

This product has a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty will be extended to 3 years when installed by a Memphis authorized dealer using Memphis Connection products. The warranty is void if the product has been physically damaged by improper usage or abuse. If repairs are attempted outside of a Memphis Audio facility, the warranty is void. This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal or re- installation of the product. This warranty does NOT apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Memphis Audio disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by product defects. Memphis Audio liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product and the warranty period specified.

What is NOT covered under warranty

• Damage due to improper installation
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners and/or UV radiation
• Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. (Repeated returns for the same damage may be abuse)
• Product damaged in accident and/or due to criminal activity
• Service performed by anyone other than Memphis Audio
• Subsequent damage to other components
• Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product
• Products with tampered, missing , altered or defaced serial numbers/labels
• Freight damage
• The cost of shipping product to Memphis Audio
• Return shipping on non-defective items
• Any product not purchased from an authorized Memphis Audio dealer.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If warranty service is required, a return authorization number is required to return the product to Memphis Audio. Warranty shipments to Memphis Audio are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pack the product carefully in the original carton if possible Memphis Audio will not be responsible for damages incurred in shipment or due to improper packaging materials used by the purchaser. If determined to be within warranty your product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Memphis Audio.
