Preparation
Dilute the complete solution 10x Buffer A (50 mL) by mixing it with 450 mL ultrapure water. After dilution, Buffer A is ready for use (50 mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl). The diluted buffer should be stored at 2-8°C.
