How to Use

Make sure your device supports the wireless charging and is Qi compatible Choosing the Best Adapter (not included and is sold separately)

  • Make sure you adapter supports the Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 with output up to DC12V.
  • The details of charging power and adapter output requirements are as below:

How to Use

Note:

  1. If choose an adapter with the output lower than 5V/2A, it may cause slow charging or even unable to charge.
  2. The actual charging power depends on the wireless charging power supported by the smart phone you are using, the smart phone will automatically choose the power itself.

Connect and place the device to the center of the wireless charging pad

Note:
If the device is not placed in the center of the wireless charging pad, it will cause slow charging or unable to charge.

LED Indicator

Input Connected Green indicator light ON for 3 seconds
Charging Green indicator always ON
Remove the Device Green indicator light OFF
Charging Error Green indicator flash

Input over current/over voltage/under voltage, over temperature and metal foreign objects on the pad will make the charging error.

Note
1.You cannot charge your device wirelessly in these reasons:

  • Using a case with a magnetic/iron plate;
  • Using a case with a pop socket;
  • Using an ultra-thick(>6mm) protective phone case.

2. Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the wireless charger’s surface, including metal pads on a car mount, credit cards, door keys, coins, metal, or NFC cards, which will make wireless charging fail or cause overheating.

3. Wireless charger make charging more convenient than wired chargers, but confined by current wireless technology, their charging speed is slower than that of wired chargers.

4.High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is a phenomenon common to all wireless chargers. It is recommended that you charge your device in environments with temperatures below 25°C/77 ° F.

5. Both the protective phone case and the position of your device on the wireless charger will affect the charging speed. The farther(further) it is placed from the center of the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed will be.

1. Avoid dropping.
2. Do not disassemble.
3. Do not expose to liquids.
4. For the safest and fastest charge, use original or certified cables.
5. This product is suitable for moderate climates only.
6. The maximum ambient temperature during use of this product must not exceed 104°F.
7. Open flame sources, such as candles, must not be placed on this product.
8. Only use a dry cloth or brush to clean this product.
