Charging
- Clean the USB-C charging port before charging.
- Fully charge the speaker before the first use.
- Close the port cover to avoid water damage when charging is finished.
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging input port for speaker charging.
Note:
- The speaker is built in a 7.2V/8400mAh (60.48Wh) large battery, please use an adaptor with at least 5VDC/3A output capacity or above for charging, otherwise, it will not be able to charge the speaker.
- The speaker supports the maximum 20VDC/3A fast charging input, and the fast charging time is as low as 4 hours.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the charging output port of the speaker for other Bluetooth device charging.
- The charging output port provides the maximum 5VDC/2A (10W) output.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Step 1. Power on the Speaker, then press the Bluetooth button, and the speaker will enter into pairing mode.
- Step 2: Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices.
- Step 3: Select “EarFun UBOOM X” from the list of Bluetooth devices shown (if a password is needed, type ‘0000’).
Connection with Two Speakers
True Wireless Stereo Connection with Two Speakers
- Step 1. Pair and connect speaker A to your Bluetooth device.
- Step 2. Power on speaker B, and then press and hold the party mode button of both speakers (A and B) for 2 seconds at least and the party mode indicators of both speakers flash blue, then both speakers will begin to be connected to the same Bluetooth device.
- Step 3. When the indicators stay blue, the two speakers are connected successfully in True Wireless Stereo. Speaker A will be the Left channel and Speaker B will be the Right channel.
- Note: The speakers will automatically connect in true wireless stereo mode after finishing setting up the true wireless stereo connection.
Party Mode Connection with Two or More Speakers
- Step 1. Pair and connect a master speaker to your Bluetooth device
- Step 2. Power on the other speaker, and then press the party mode button for all speakers and party mode indicators of all speakers flash white, and then all speakers will begin to be connected to the party mode.
- Step 3. When the indicators stay white, the speakers are connected successfully in party mode. All speaker will play the same sound.
Note: The speakers will automatically connect in party mode after finishing setting up the party mode connection.

Notes:
- Turning on the video mode can drop latency to about 150ms and improve the video experience, but it will shorten the connection distance.
- We suggest you turn off the video mode when you use the speaker for playing music.
- Video mode does not support the True Wireless Stereo mode and party mode.
- The normal mode provides a latency of about 250ms.
- Bluetooth technology can not fully eliminate the latency of Bluetooth audio.
Reset and Reconnecting
- If this speaker becomes disconnected or has another connecting problem, you can simultaneously press and hold the “Volume +” and “Volume -” buttons for 5 seconds at least to remove all paired devices from the speaker and remove the old pairing of the speaker in your Bluetooth device, then pair again.
- If this speaker crashes, you can try to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds at least to reboot.
