Actxa Tempo 3C Fitness Tracker
The Actxa Tempo 3C is an all-day fitness tracker with continuous heart rate monitoring and heart rate zone indication markers.
Install The Healthy 365 Mobile App
Download the Healthy 365 mobile app from either the App Store or Google Play to join the National Steps Challenge™.
Getting Started
The Actxa Tempo 3C fitness tracker has been set to hibernation mode during the manufacturing process to preserve the battery health. To begin, press and hold the screen for at least 8 seconds.
You are advised to fully charge the fitness tracker before using it. Refer to the section on ‘Charging The Battery’ for more info.
Join The Challenge
Sign up for the National Steps Challenge™ under the ‘Challenges’ tab on the Healthy 365 mobile app. Create your profile to pair and sync your steps and MVPA minutes from the fitness tracker to the app. Ensure that your Bluetooth® is turned on and your mobile phone is kept within 30cm from your fitness tracker for pairing.
Initial Pairing
For first time pairing, place the fitness tracker next to your mobile phone. Ensure that other fitness trackers are kept outside a radius of 1.5m. Select ‘Tempo 3C (HR)’ as your wearable tracking mode.
A pop-up display containing the nearby tracker Bluetooth® Friendly Names (BFNs) will be shown. Select the BFN that matches your fitness tracker to initiate pairing.
Your fitness tracker’s BFN can be found by tapping to the second last screen. Check your fitness tracker’s Time/Date display for your 4-digit code. Key the code into the Healthy 365 app and tap ‘submit’.
Syncing Of Data
The Tempo 3C fitness tracker is able to store steps and MVPA data for up to a
maximum of 7 days. Record and sync the data with your Healthy 365 mobile app
at least once in every 7 days to update your step count.

Pairing A Replacement Fitness Tracker With The Healthy 365 Mobile App
To replace your Tempo 3C fitness tracker, pair the new fitness tracker with your Healthy 365 mobile app. You can do so by selecting ‘Apps’ on the menu bar and tapping on the ‘Change Tracker’ button located under ‘Tempo 3C (HR)’
Pairing A Replacement Fitness Tracker With The Healthy 365 Mobile App
A pop-up display containing the nearby tracker BFNs will be shown. Ensure that the Bluetooth® connection on your mobile phone is turned on and the new tracker is placed next to your mobile phone. Tap on the BFN that matches your tracker to initiate pairing. Your tracker’s BFN can be found on the second last screen.
Pairing A Replacement Fitness Tracker With The Healthy 365 Mobile App
A 4- digit code should appear on the Time/Date display of your fitness tracker.
Key the code into the Healthy 365 mobile app and tap ‘submit’.
Note: Please sync your steps before changing to your new fitness tracker. Steps
taken after successfully changing to your new fitness tracker will be added to
your previously synced steps.
Using The Tempo 3C Fitness Tracker
For optimal accuracy in measuring your steps, wear the fitness tracker on your non-dominant hand. For example, if you are a right-hander, wear the fitness tracker on your left hand. To activate the display, simply tap on the screen. Tap continuously to view different features of the tracker and the Bluetooth® Friendly Name (BFN).
Monitor Your Heart Rate While Working Out
To turn on heart rate monitoring during your workout session, press and hold
the screen for 3 seconds to enter ‘Workout Mode’. Your fitness tracker will
start timing your workout session and will record your heart rate.
At the end of your workout, press and hold the screen again for 3 seconds to
stop the recording, and to see your workout summary.
Note: The Tempo 3C fitness tracker is able to monitor your MVPA activity automatically throughout the day. This allows exercise sessions of any duration to be tracked and monitored until it has been deactivated.
Heart Rate (HR) Zones
For the fitness tracker to monitor your heart rate accurately, please wear the tracker around your wrist tightly. Based on the different heart rate ranges, the display will show 3 different heart rate training zones for you to effectively manage your exercise intensity.

To find out your estimated maximum heart rate, deduct your current age from
220. Eg. A 30 year-old will have an estimated maximum heart rate of 190 (220 –
30). Note: If you have a medical or heart condition, consult your doctor
before using this product.
Charging The Battery
The battery indicator is displayed on the home screen of the tracker. Charge the tracker when there is 1 bar left on the battery indicator. The complete charging process takes approximately 2 hours.
Important Note: Heart rate monitoring on the device will be turned off automatically once the battery indicator falls below 2 bars.
Water Resistant
The tracker is water, sweat, and splash proof. It is not suitable for prolonged underwater activities. Please remove the tracker before swimming, engaging in water sports or entering a steam/sauna room.

Limited Product Warranty
The Tempo 2 HR fitness tracker (The ‘Product’) is guaranteed against
manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. If the
activity tracker is found to be faulty due to defects in materials and
workmanship, the authorised service provider will replace it with another
activity tracke with another activity tracker.

General
I am unable to sync my Tempo (J1810) series tracker to the Actxa App
The Tempo series (Tempo 2/Tempo3C) is launched in conjunction with HPB’s
National Steps Challenge, and as such it is only compatible to be synced with
HPB’s Healthy365 App, but not the Actxa App. If you would like to sync your
steps with your phone, please install the Healthy 365 App.
Do note that the Healthy 365 App can only be used in Singapore.
How do I set the time?
To set the time, please download the Healthy 365 App and sync the tracker. The time will be set automatically.
