Actxa Tempo 4C Fitness Tracker
The Actxa Tempo 4C is an all-day fitness tracker with steps, heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2) and sleep* tracking features.
- Sleep tracking function is available only to eligible National Steps ChallengeTM participants. For more info, visit Stepschallenge.gov.sg.
Set-up/Restore Your Healthy 365 Account
Download or update to the latest version of the Healthy 365 app*. Create your profile, or restore your profile if you already have one.
- The latest version of the Healthy 365 app requires your device to be running on at least Android 6 or iOS10.
Switching On The Tempo 4C Fitness Tracker
The Tempo 4C fitness tracker has been set to hibernation mode
during manufacturing to preserve the battery health. To begin, press and hold the touch button for at least 8 seconds.
It is recommended to fully charge your fitness tracker before you begin to use it. Refer to the section on “Charging The Battery” for more info.
Join National Steps Challenge TM
On the Healthy 365 app, find “National Steps ChallengeTM Season 6” and tap on “Join Now”. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete your Health Declaration.
Pairing The Fitness Tracker via Bluetooth®
On the “Home” tab of the Healthy 365 app, tap on “Pair your fitness tracker or app” and select “HPB Trackers”.
Turn on Bluetooth® on your smartphone. Place your fitness tracker within 30cm of your smartphone.
Pairing The Fitness Tracker via Bluetooth®
Tap on “Pair via Bluetooth” and select Tempo 4C.
You will be prompted to key in a 4-digit code. Check your fitness tracker for your 4-digit code. Key in the code and tap “Submit”.
Syncing Of Data
On the “Home” tab, tap on “Sync now” to sync your fitness tracker.
Using The Tempo 4C Fitness Tracker
To toggle the display, simply tap on the touch button. Tap continuously to view different features of the fitness tracker and the Bluetooth® Friendly Name (BFN).
Track Your Heart Rate With The Workout Mode
The fitness tracker will automatically record your heart rate throughout the day as long as it is turned on, has sufficient battery and worn correctly on the wrist. There is no need to activate heart rate tracking. However, if you would like to observe changes in your heart rate real-time on the fitness tracker, you can trigger the “Workout Mode”.
Tap the touch button until you see the workout screen. Press and hold to view the list of workout modes available.
Tap to toggle between 4 different workout modes: walking, running, cycling and others. Press and hold to start the workout of your choice.
Heart-Rate Range
Track your heart-rate range to identify which tier your workout falls under.
Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) is attained when you reach at least 64% of your maximum heart rate. To find out your estimated maximum heart rate, deduct your current age from 220. E.g. A 30-year-old will have an estimated maximum heart rate of 220 – 30 = 190.
Note: If you have a medical or heart condition, consult your doctor before using this product.
Ending Workout Mode
To stop the “Workout Mode”, press and hold again. Tap to confirm the end of your workout session.
Your workout summary will be shown. To exit, press and hold again.
You will be able to see the duration of your higher intensity physical activities when you sync your fitness data on the Healthy 365 app.
Note: Exiting the “Workout Mode” does not mean the fitness tracker will stop tracking your heart rate. The fitness tracker will always be tracking your heart rate and steps as long as it is turned on, has sufficient battery and worn correctly on the wrist. Do also note that staying on the “Workout Mode” for extended periods of time will drain the battery.
Measuring Blood Oxygen (SpO2)
Tap the touch button on the fitness tracker until you see the “Blood Oxygen” screen. Press and hold to start the blood oxygen measurement.
When measuring your SpO2 level, it is recommended that you remain seated and still. Ensure that the fitness tracker is worn correctly on the wrist, with the screen facing upwards.
Your blood oxygen reading should show within 1-2 minutes. To exit the blood oxygen measurement page, press and hold.
If the fitness tracker fails to detect your blood oxygen level, repeat the steps above to try again.
Sleep Tracking (For Eligible Participants)
The fitness tracker will automatically track your sleep duration as long as it is turned on, has sufficient battery and worn correctly on the wrist when you go to sleep. There is no need to activate sleep tracking.
You will be able to see your sleep duration when you sync your fitness tracker on the Healthy 365 app. You will not be able to view the sleep data on your fitness tracker.
Charging The Battery
The battery indicator is displayed on the home screen of the fitness tracker. Charge the fitness tracker when the battery indicator is low. The whole charging process takes about 3 hours.
Important Note: Do not overcharge the battery as this may cause the battery performance to deteriorate over time.
Water Resistant
The fitness tracker is water resistant. It is not suitable for underwater
activities.
It is recommended that you remove the fitness tracker when you are swimming,
engaging in watersports, entering a steam/sauna room or showering.

Limited Product Warranty
The Tempo 4C heart rate fitness tracker (The ‘Product’) is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase or otherwise indicated by HPB. This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. If the fitness tracker is found to be faulty due to defects in materials and workmanship, the authorised service provider will replace it with another fitness tracker.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse
and damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the
Product’s use. This Limited Warranty does not cover the services provided by
Actxa or any 3rd party service provider. All warranty claims must be
accompanied by a sales receipt.

Actxa Limited 1 Year Product Warranty
What is covered under this limited 1 year warranty?
This Limited Warranty applies to Actxa products purchased from an Authorized
Actxa dealer or authorised online store by the original purchaser for normal
use and not for resale. Actxa warrants that a covered product is free from
defects in material and workmanship, with the exception as stated below.
How long does the limited warranty coverage last?
This Limited Warranty lasts for 1 year from date of purchase. A valid proof of
purchase will be required to prove eligibility. If you do not have a valid
proof of purchase, the Limited Warranty period will be measured from the date
of sale by Actxa to the authorised distributorship. Actxa reserves the right
to reject any warranty claim without any valid proof of purchase.
What is not covered under this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Actxa
that can be identified by the “Actxa” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed
to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Actxa products and
services other than the Product, (b) non-Actxa hardware product, (c)
consumables (such as batteries), or (d) software, even if packaged or sold
with the Product or embedded in the Product. This limited warranty does not
cover damage resulting from commercial use, misuse, accident, modification or
alteration to the hardware or software, tampering, water resistant limitations
exceeded, damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or
intended uses, improper voltage or power supply, improper maintenance or
failure caused by a product that Actxa is not responsible for. Brightness of
OLED screen and product color consistency may vary from 1 batch to the other
and such cases should not be treated as manufacturing or material defects.
There is no warranty of uninterrupted or error free operation. There is no
warranty for loss of data and you must regularly sync your product to your
smart devices. There is no warranty for product with removed, defaced or
altered product label. This warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and
tear.
Actxa’s Commitment to Product Excellence
Actxa will inspect the product to ascertain the nature of defects. Actxa will
repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or
replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Where a replacement
product is supplied, this shall be guaranteed for the balance of the original
warranty period. Any models that is no longer available shall be replaced by a
model of a value and with such features as Actxa consider appropriate in the
circumstances. Actxa is not responsible for freight forwarding charges, loses
or damage in transit.

ACTXA AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND RESELLERS ARE NOT LIABLE
FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES. 2)
LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO YOUR DATA. 3) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR
FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING
LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS), EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
ACTXA DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRNTIES OF MERCHANTIBILTY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If any of the provisions of the foregoing are contrary to any relevant legislation, then that provision shall be deems excluded from the warranty and the rest of the provisions will continue to apply.

How do I measure my SpO2 with the Tempo 4C?
You are recommended to wear the tracker on the non-dominant hand.
Measure when seated and keep your arm still, ensure the tracker is worn
snuggly, with the screen is facing up.
Please make sure the watch is worn on correct position of the wrist, which is
at least 1 finger width away from the first bone.
Ensure the tracker is not under strong bright light as this may interfere with
the tracker’s measurement ability
I am unable to sync my Tempo 4C tracker to the H365 app.
The Tempo series is launched in conjunction with HPB’s National Steps
Challenge, and as such it is only compatible to be synced with HPB’s
Healthy365 App, but not the Actxa App. If you would like to sync your steps
with your phone, please install the Healthy 365 App.
Do note that the Healthy 365 App can only be used in Singapore.

If your tracker was distributed by the Health Promotion Board, you may bring
it for 1-to-1 exchange at the following National Steps Challenge Customer Care
Centre if your tracker is faulty within the 1 year warranty:

Can I sync this tracker to the Actxa app?
The Tempo 4C is designed to work only with the H365 App. It will not work with
the Actxa App.
SleepTrack
How do I track my sleep with the Tempo 4C?
Tempo 4C is designed with Actxa SleepTrack – an advanced sleep tracking
algorithm. The following are some tips on using Tempo 4C to track your sleep.
1. Wear Tempo 4C on your wrist in order to track your sleep. It does not
work if you put it beside you, put it in your pocket, underneath your pillow
or on your ankle.
2. Wear Tempo 4C on your non-dominant hand (If you are right-handed,
wear Tempo 4C on your left wrist and vice versa)
3. Wear it snugly but comfortably, 1 to 2 fingers width above your wrist bone
4. Wear the Tempo 4C for at least 10 minutes before you get onto your bed.
Do not put on the Tempo 4C while you are already on your bed.
5. If you wake up during the night but intend to go back to sleep, DO
NOT sync the Tempo 4C with the Healthy 365 app. Sync only if you have
already waken and do not intend to get back to sleep.
