Always consult with your dentist before using an Oral irrigator and Sonic Toothbrush as everyone’s oral situation is different. Please read these instructions before using this product. These instructions will help you to use your oral irrigator correctly and safely. When using electrical products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be taken.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
DANGER-WATER
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:
- Do not place or store the product where it can fall or be pulled into the bathtub, sink or toilet.
- Do not place or drop the charger into water or other liquid.
- Do not reach for the charger base that has fallen into water or other liquid. Unplug immediately.
- Do not use it while bathing.
- Unplug the charger base before cleaning and ensure that it is dry before plugging it into an electrical outlet.
DANGER-VOLTAGE
- Do not plug the charger base into an outlet with a voltage other than specified on the bottom of the charger (100-240V).
- Voltage converters do not guarantee compatibility.
- Do not force the plug into an outlet.
- If the plug does not fit easily into the outlet, discontinue use.
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
MEDICAL-WARNINGS
- If you have had oral surgery or gum surgery within the past two months, consult your dentist before using the product.
- Consult your dentist if excessive bleeding occurs while using this product or if minor bleeding continues to occur after one week of use.

- This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given adequate supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by an adult responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
- Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. This product is designed to clean your teeth, gums and tongue only. Do not use any attachments or brush heads other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- If your toothpaste includes peroxide, baking soda or other bicarbonate (common in whitening toothpastes).please thoroughly clean your brush head and handle to avoid cracking the plastic.
- Certain liquid mouthwash may damage the device by causing the housing or tank to crack, when using mouthwash, rinse the tank and main unit with water immediately after use. Be especially careful when washing the hose connections at the main unit and the tank.
- Never fill the tank with hot water! The gum lines can be very sensitive and can be easily damaged by hot water.
- Use the unit within an ambient temperature range of 32F-104F.
- Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord, plug or charger. Do not use this product if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged or dropped into water. Immediately discontinue use if the product appears damaged in any way.
- Keep the product away from heated surfaces.
- If you experience discomfort or pain in your mouth, discontinue use of this product and contact you dentist.
- Do not clean the product in the dishwasher.
- Consult your physician prior to using the toothbrush if you have any medical concerns.
- The toothbrush has been tested and is certified as per ETL regulations.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- For household use only. Do not use outdoors.

GETTING START
Charging the toothbrush
Be sure to turn off the toothbrush before charging. (Fig.1) Place the handle in the charger. The charging indicator will light up blue. (Fig.2)
Notes:
- It takes at least 24 hours to charge the battery fully.
- The toothbrush must be charged for 24 hours, if:
- this is the first time using the toothbrush;
- the toothbrush has not been used for more than 3 months;
- To keep the battery fully charged, we recommend that you keep the toothbrush in the charger when not in use. It cannot overcharge.
- During charging, the toothbrush will get warm, but this is normal.
- The operating duration will become shorter as the battery gets older. If the toothbrush operates only for 1 short time after being fully charged, this means that the battery is nearing the end of its life cycle. Contact the service center for support.
HOW TO USE
- Slide the brush head onto the handle. Push the brush head down until it locks into place on the handle.
Notes: There is a small gap between the color ring and the handle.(Fig.

Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste.

Place the bristles against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line.(Fig. 4)

Press the Power I Mode button to turn on the toothbrush, It starts working at Clean mode.
- Clean: Standard mode for superior teeth cleaning;
- Soft: Gently cleans your teeth or any other sensitive areas;
- Massage: Pulsates for gentle gum stimulation.
Notes: During brushing, if you press the Power/Mode button, the Toothbrush will switch to the next mode and begin a new 2-minute cycle.

Apply light pressure and gently move the brush head slowly across the teeth in a small back-and-forth motion.

In order to maximize cleaning effectiveness, divide your mouth in 4 sections. Start with Section 1 and brush each section for 30 seconds. The brushing action will pause between each 30-second interval, indicating when to move on to the next section. The toothbrush will automatically stop after 2 minutes of use. (Fig. 5)

Pull the brush head to detach from the toothbrush. (Fig. 6)

Rinse both the brush head and handle under running water and wipe them dry. (Fig. 7)

Put the handle back into the charger.
Maintenance
Be sure to remove the plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning the product.
Toothbrush
- Remove the brush head.
- Wipe all surface areas with a damp cloth and place the handle back into the charger. Do not submerge the handle into water.
- Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use.
- Do not clean in the dishwasher.
Charger
- Using a soft cloth, wipe off any dirt on the charger and the storage.
- Clean the plug periodically to ensure it remains in good working order. The accumulation of dust or dirt on the plug can cause an electrical shock, overheating, or a fire.

Disposal
The power source of this product is a lithium-ion battery, which can be recycled. At the end of the product’s life, always remove the battery before you discard the product, and recycle or dispose of the battery according to local waste management requirements. If you have recycling questions, contact your local waste management office.
Removing and recycling the battery
- Do not disassemble the product at any time other than when disposing of it. Doing so earlier will destroy the product. Observe basic safety precautions. The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
Oral Irrigator
- Remove 2pcs rubber feet on the bottom of the handle.
- Insert a screwdriver into the slot located at the bottom of the handle and turn counterclockwise to release the bottom cap.
- Pull out the batteries from the handle.
Sonic Toothbrush
- Before removing the battery, be sure to completely drain the unit of power.
- Use a screwdriver to remove the screw and battery cover. (Fig. 10)
- Hold the handle upside down, press the toothbrush shaft, and remove the two hooks to release the internal components of the handle. (Fig.11)
- Insert the screwdriver next to the battery connections, and twist to break the connections. Remove the circuit board and pry the battery from the plastic carrier. (Fig. 12)
- Be careful not to short-circuit the negative and positive poles of the battery. Do not connect the appliance to the mains again after you have removed the battery.
- Recycle or dispose of the battery properly. Ask your local waste management office if they accept the remaining toothbrush components for recycling.

Getting Started
Charging the device(Fig. 1)
- Insert the adaptor plug into the power outlet.
- Place the Irrigator into the matching-sized cavity in the charging cradle.
- The “CH” indicator blinks when the device is charging, and it will be steadily on after the device is fully charged.
Note: If the “CH” indicator is blinking during or after an irrigation, that means the battery needs to be recharged. A full recharging will take about 24 hours.
How to Use
- Attach the nozzle to the unit. (Fig. 2)
- Open the water tank cap to fill the tank with water (water temperature should not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit). Then close the cap (Fig. 3)
- Or, slide the water tank down off the unit and fill it with water at the top of the tank (water temperature should not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit). Then slide the tank back onto the unit (Fig. 4)
- Press the “Mode” key to change the water pressure. This can be done before or during irrigation (Fig. 5)
- Normal: for normal cleaning.
- Soft: for gentle cleaning of sensitive gums.
- Pulse: for cleaning and massaging the gums.
- Hold the unit in an upright position with the nozzle tip pointed toward your teeth.
- Keep your mouth opened slightly so that the water can flow out.
- Press the “On/Off” key to start irrigating. (Fig.6)
- Direct the water jet flow at a 90-degree angle to the teeth and gums.
- Direct the water jet slowly along the teeth.
- Direct the water jet along the gum line with the nozzle tip at a 90-degree angle to the gum tissue.
- Clean between the teeth and around any braces, crowns, or bridgework thoroughly.
- When you are done Irrigating, press the “On/Off” button to turn off the unit.
- Put the handle back into the charger.
- To replace the Irrigator nozzle, make sure the unit is turned off press the nozzle release button, and pull the nozzle up (Fig. 7)
After using the appliance (Fig.8)
- Open the water tank cap and dispose of the water in the tank.
- Press the “On/Off” key to turn on the unit, and drain the water inside the appliance.
- Press the “On/Off” key again to turn off the unit, and close the water tank cap.
- Wipe the device with a dry cloth.
Note: To prevent bacteria from propagating, make sure there is no remaining water inside the unit. If you’re not going to use this appliance for a long time, be sure to wipe and dry the appliance ASAP before storing it.
Maintenance
- Use only water or a neutral cleaning agent to clean the device.
- Never use caustic or abrasive agents (e.g., vinegar or lime scale removers), since they may damage the device.
- Do not wash with water hotter than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Keep the Irrigator away from high-temperature areas and avoid exposure to constant direct sunlight.
Main unit
- Remove the dirt by wiping using a cloth with liquid soap and wipe it off using a dry cloth.
