Power-on and Network Configuration

IP Indoor Monitor
Power on the device by POE or power supplier (12V/1A DC), ensure internet connectivity and under the same LAN with door phone. The device is on DHCP mode by default, if you want static IP orWi-Fi connection, please refer to the Administrator Guide. -
2-Wire IP Indoor Monitor
Power on the device by power supplier (24V/1.5A DC or 48V/1.25A DC), and you can connect wire network through RJ45 port or Wi-Fi mode. The device is on DHCP mode by default, if you want static IP orWi-Fi connection, please refer to the Administrator Guide.
Note:
Indoor Monitor will act as a master device in the 2-wire solution.
Door Phone

IP Door Phone
Power on the device with 12V/1A power supply by POE or power supplier (12V/1A DC), ensure internet connectivity and under the same LAN with indoor monitor. The device is on DHCP mode by default, if you want static IP or Wi-Fi connection, please refer to the Administrator Guide. -
2-Wire IP Door Phone
Connect the device to the master device by Power Line Communication, and can power on door phone and connect to the internet.
Note:
Door phone will act as a slave device in the 2-wire solution, and the farthest distance between the master device and slave device is 300m.
Get SmartPlus Service
- Then after indoor monitor boots up, tap “More> Settings> Advanced Settings> SmartPlus Account” indoor monitor will scan and list out all units which under the same LAN (The default password to access Advanced Settings is 123456).
- Tap the unit which is listed out to get into the setup interface.
- Select correct Device Type and set up a Device Name then tap the on the right top to submit.
- se the App with a scanning feature on your mobile phone to scan the QR code which is shown on indoor monitor to download SmartPlus App, or download SmartPlus App from Google Play store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Note: Recommend to using some popular Apps like Wechat, etc.
- Run SmartPlus App, agree the Terms&Policies and assign all permissions.
- Tap the EEi icon on the left top of SmartPlus to scan the QR code on indoor monitor to enter the registration interface. fill in your registration information, click Submit to save.
- Tap the on the left top of SmartPlus again to scan the QR code included in the email sent to your email address (Which will be sent once the registration is done).
- After all, you just need to reset indoor monitor and door phone.
