Singlefold Portable Wheelchair Ramp
Portable ramp for temporary or semi-permanent use

WARNINGS

1. Maximum weight capacity is 800 lbs.; never exceed weight capacity.

2. Casual placement may result in accidental injury due to children’s climbing or playing ; or the product may fall off and cause major accidents.

3. Before each use, check the ramp for worn, loose, or damaged parts. If you find any of these conditions, do not use the ramp.

4. Do not tamper with, attempt to repair, or modify any portion of the ramp.

5. Not for commercial use.

6. Ensure that the surface area of both top lip transition plates fully overlaps a secure, unobstructed, level landing enough to safely install provided clevis pins or other nonprovided anchoring hardware, and rests firmly against the upper landing. If a secure, unobstructed, level landing cannot be attained, do not use the ramp.

7. Do not bring the product near fire or heat source.

8. When using a wheelchair on this product, please be sure to move it slowly from a low position to a higher one. And when you move it from a high place to a lower place, it may cause fall of the wheelchair user. In addition, a sudden push or sudden braking of a wheelchair may result in an accident. Please be slow when pushing the wheelchair.

9. Please use the ramp with a qualified helper and always use a lap belt.

10. Use caution when folding and unfolding the ramp to avoid all potential pinch points.

Please place the product firmly on the steps and make sure it is stable before use.

Note：use only if the secure, unobstructed, level landings can support, at minimum, the same weight capacity as the ramp (800 lbs.).

MAINTENANCE

Put this product away directly without cleaning after it has been soiled will lead to deterioration of the material.
Do not use thinner, gasoline or other volatile organic solvents to clean the product.
Do not scrub this product with a hard brush or hard sponge.
If the product is stuck with dirt or other filth, please use a soft brush, dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent, and then scrub the product gently.
Please rinse the detergent with tap water.
After dried completely, please keep this product in a shady and ventilated place.
