UNPACK CONTENTS
Locate your watch and charging cable inside the box.
CHARGING
- Insert the cable into a computer USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
- Line up the magnetic pins on the charging cable with the contacts on the back of the watch until it snaps into place.
- A charging screen will appear to confirm your watch is charging.
- Charging can take up to 2 hours.
- Note: avoid using fast-chargers

Scan the OR code with your smartphone camera to download our free mobile app.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
- Open the app and click on “Sign Up”.
- You will be prompted to input your name, and email address. and create a password, as well as agree to the terms & conditions.
- A verification code will be sent to your email, which you will need to confirm your account.
CREATING YOUR USER PROFILE
- Input your profile data, including gender, birthday, height, and weight.
- Your birthday is required for data protection and privacy laws. The minimum age requirement for online account creation varies and is based on your region.
- Your gender, height, and weight are used to improve the accuracy of our activity-tracking features.
PAIR YOUR WATCH
- Make sure your watch is charged and close to your smartphone.
- The app will bring you directly to the pairing screen to connect your watch.
- Select your watch from the list of devices once it is detected.
- A Bluetooth Pairing Request popup will be displayed on your smartphone (select pair).
- Your connection is now established and you’re now ready to enjoy the features of your new watch.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
- LONG PRESS THE SIDE BUTTON to turn your watch on or off.
- PRESS THE SIDE BUTTON to wake your watch or return to the previous screen.
- SWIPE UP to view your health stats.
- SWIPE DOWN to access Settings, Power, Reset, About, and Regulatory Information.
- SWIPE LEFT to view a list of complete features.
- SWIPE RIGHT to return to the main watch face.
BATTERY WARNING
Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard (for example, in the case of some lithium battery types); Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, that can result in an explosion; Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas; A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

MAINTENANCE
To make sure your watch is up to date, please check for watch firmware updates. You can find this in the device settings menu in the app.
To make sure you are using the latest version of the iTOUCH Wearables App, locate the version number by clicking the burger menu on the app.
