SAFETY AND SKIN CARE

To ensure maximum comfort and prolong the life of your device:

  • Regularly clean your smartwatch with a damp cloth

  • After cleaning, always dry your watch thoroughly

  • Keep your wrist free of any cosmetics, dirt and oils

  • Keep your watch loose enough to allow some air circulation
(wearing a watch too tightly can cause skin irritation)

  • After workouts, we strongly suggest cleaning both the watch and your wrist

  • Should you experience any skin irritation, discontinue wearing for at least several days or until the irritation discontinues.

  • Adults with eczema or any skin condition should consult a physician before wearing the watch.

NOTE: Failure to follow the safety and skin care instructions may affect certain warranty claims.

STEP 1: CHARGING YOUR SMARTWATCH

Your smartwatch may be in low battery mode when you first receive it. We recommend charging your Smartwatch fully before first use. Battery life and charge cycles vary based on usage.

  • Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  • Insert the smartwatch into the appropriate charging cable section. A charging screen appears on the watch to indicate that your smartwatch is charging.

Your smartwatch takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge.

Open the app on your phone, tap the watch icon on the upper right and follow pairing instructions. Once finished, the correct time and date will appear on your watch.

NOTE: Pairing must be done using the mobile app and not with your phone’s native Bluetooth.

REPLACING OR CHANGING THE WATCH BAND

To remove the existing strap:

  • Turn the watch, face down
  • With your finger pull the pin to the left and gently pull the band away from the watch. The band should easily come detached from the watch.
    Changing Watch Band

Attaching a new band:

  • Line up the steady pin with the hole on the base of the case.
  • While carefully holding the band in place, pull the lever on the band to retract the pin down and position the band against the case to line up the pin.
  • Release the lever so the pin snaps in place.
  • Repeat these steps for the other strap
