Unpacking Instructions

How to install SIM card and TF card?

  1. Take out sim card tray(as the picture shows.)
  2. Gently press SIM card into the tray to secure it. Follow the prompt to insert TF card into Memory card slot (as shown).

How to install battery?

  1. Please press the slide button to lock or unlock the battery cover switch according to the arrow shown.
  2. Please refer the picture below to open the battery cover.

How to charge your device?
Connect one end of the included USB charge cable to the USB connector on your device and the other to the port on adapter. Cradlecharger is recommended for convenient Charging (optional).

Power Options

  1. Power on: Press and hold the power button for 3s.Power off: press and hold the power button for a while to open the options menu, then you can choose power off or restart on the menu.
  2. For the first use, please connect to the network first.
  3. After successfully connecting to the network, you can log in after completing the registration according to the guidelines.

Introduction to Basic Functions

  • Bar code scanning:
    You can use the built-in bar code scanning program or a scanning program developed by yourself. Press the scanning button to scan bar code.Press the scan key in the center of the main keyboard to scan.

  • WIFI connection:
    On the home screen, click “Settings”; enter the network and Internet settings, click the open WLAN switch, search for the WLAN you need to connect, click to connect, if you select an encrypted network, please enter the access password to connect.
    Note: when WLAN and mobile network data are turned on at the same time, the system will give priority to connecting WLAN. For example, when WLAN is interrupted, the system will automatically switch to the mobile data network.

  • Mobile Network connection:
    Please insert the SIM card, the device will automatically register to the corresponding network, please turn on the mobile network switch in the settings to start the data service.
    Note: when you don’t use network services, please close the data service in time to extend standby time and save data traffic.

  • NFC function:
    Please turn on the NFC function switch in the setting. When turned on, you can read cards in the NFC area.

  • Connect to PC:
    Connect the device to computer via the Type-C cable. Select the corresponding drive letter for data copy and other related functions.

Upgrade Instructions:
Upgrading the terminal firmware and system with unauthorized third-party software may lead to security risks such as the terminal being unable to use or divulging your personal information. It is recommended that you upgrade online or download the official website software that matches the terminal. After the terminal upgrade, all your personal information may be erased. Please back up your personal information before upgrading.

Exception handling method

If the device has the following conditions, please refer to the following methods:
If you cannot dial up the Internet by inserting a SIM card, please check whether your SIM card is in arrears, and check whether the device supports the appropriate network mode.

  1. If the device cannot be connected to PC, please check whether the contact between the Type-C and the device is good.
  2. If unable to power on, please check whether the battery is exhausted and cannot reach.
  3. If unable to charge, please check whether your device is connected to the charging adapter.

Matters Needing Attention

  1. In order to avoid unnecessary injury, please read this manual before using the equipment to ensure correct and safe use.

  2. Please use the accessories approved by the manufacturer and matched with this type of equipment. The use of power supplies, chargers or batteries that are not approved by the manufacturer may cause fire, explosion or other hazards.

  3. Please use the device at the specified temperature. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause equipment failure.

  4. If the equipment uses a non-removable built-in battery, please don’t replace the battery by yourself. Please contact the after-sales team if needed.
    Please don’t disassemble the product or accessories by yourself. If the equipment or any of its parts can not work properly, you should consult our after-sales team in time, or send the equipment to the after-sales service network for inspection and maintenance.

  5. Please don’t immerse the Type-C cable.

  6. Do not fill up the fuselage memory, otherwise it will cause system abnormality.

  7. Do not look directly at the beam when scanning, so as to avoid accidental injury to the eyes.

  8. Do not connect the mainframe to the charger for a long time after charging, so as to avoid accidents and shorten battery life.

Battery Information Caution:

  1. It has Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
  2. There are limitations as to how long a battery can operate or be stored before needing replacement. Many factors affect the actual life cycle of a battery such as heat, cold, harsh environmental conditions, and severe drops.
  3. When batteries are stored over six months, some irreversible deterioration in overall battery quality may occur. Store batteries at half of full charge in a dry and cool place, removed from the equipment to prevent loss of capacity, rusting of metallic parts, and electrolyte leakage. When storing batteries for one year or longer, the charge level should be verified at least once a year and charged to half of full charge.
  4. Please replace the battery when a significant loss of run time is detected.

Battery Safety Guidelines

  1. The area where the device is charged should be free of debris and combustible materials or chemicals. Use extreme caution when charging your device in a non-commercial environment.
  2. Please follow battery usage, storage, and charging guidelines found in the user’s guide.
  3. Improper battery use may result in a fire, explosion, or other hazard.
  4. To charge the mobile device battery, the battery and charger temperatures must be between 0℃ and +40℃.
  5. Do not use incompatible batteries and power adapter. Use of an incompatible battery or charger may result in risks of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazard.
  6. For devices that utilize a USB port as a charging source, the devise shall only be connected to products that bear the USB-IF logo or have completed the USB-IF compliance program.
  7. Do not disassemble or open, crush, bend or deform, puncture, or shred battery.
  8. Dropping any device with a battery on a hard surface may cause the battery overheat.
  9. Do not short-circuit a battery or allow metallic or conductive objects to contact the battery terminals.
  10. Do not modify or attempt to insert anything into the battery. Immerse or expose to water or other liquids, or expose to fire are prohibited.
  11. Do not leave or store the device in or near places that might get very hot. Such as a parked vehicle or near a radiator or other heat source. Do not place battery into a microwave oven or dryer.
  12. Battery usage by children should be supervised.
  13. Please follow local regulations to promptly dispose of used rechargeable batteries.
  14. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
  15. Seek medical advice immediately if a battery has been swallowed.
  16. In the event of a battery leak, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with large amounts of water and seek medical advice immediately.
